    but this is batch1- first prototype.
    Now BG released batch2 with very big modifications, all electronics and battery is new, + some construction upgrades.
    I hope you will check also newer versions, bcs. in chinese factories final product is not 1st but usually 2nd or even only 3rd batch.

      Dear Greg this not first batch wheel we got it almost 3 month later after first “prototypes” were sent to customers. And the problem is not in batch number but in overall manufacture engineering and qc.

      @@ekolkacz Master was updated month ago, so this IS old batch, unfinished prototype.
      Begode did so many important changes in batch2, that batch2 is like new version of this wheel.
      As allways chinese companies will now test new version on the most unpatient clients, and only batch3 will probably be final, fully finished product :) Nothing new, KS and IM has been doing the same for years

    Be interested watching V13 vs Begode master comparision in future and real test results range /climbing / convinience becasue i want buy in next spring best of best EUC avaiable on market.
    I hope EKOLKA be offering V13 later becasue i realy like how Ekolka service works how profesional they are in mainterance/repair EUCs 💖👍🏻.

      The V13 is over priced, heavy, and ugly imo, but I'm still having a hard time not putting money down on it. Its not what I want in an EUC, I want performance in a PORTABLE package.... But I still want it 😆

    • @ekolkacz

      Different models have different connectors, usually it is bullet type connector but all depends on EUC brand and model

    It's kinda ridiculous how half of the wheel seems very well designed and produced while the other half seems cobbled together in an afternoon.
    Exposed wires, extremely flimsy battery cases, odd "built once, take apart never" design on electronics, seemingly forgotten seals and no thought put to waterproofing...
    It seems Begode is just trying to optimize how much juice they can get from the parts they have and then just throw together a new wheel with another 500 bucks slapped on the price tag..

    • @CrunchyTire
      @CrunchyTire 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Its frustrating for me because I get rain about 9 months out of the year in my area. I also have the nikola which does well in water but the rest of begodes need work. I want the T4 but with everything exposed Im worried about getting it.

    • @ekolkacz
      @ekolkacz  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      None of EUCs are water resistant, if you have rains 9 month in a year, it is better to find service that could seal all holes with silicone

    • @CrunchyTire
      @CrunchyTire 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ekolkacz There is a difference between water resistant and waterproof. Some of the wheels absolutely are water resistant. I will assume that the language barrier is the problem with your comment

    • @CrunchyTire
      @CrunchyTire 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@ekolkacz It's hilarious you would say that none of them are water resistant when they have an IP rating .. Literally saying how resistant they are to water

    • @CrunchyTire
      @CrunchyTire 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@ekolkacz And in motions water resistance is absolutely good for rain 9 months out of the year thank you very much. If that is the level of misinformation on this channel then this will be my last video

    This review is very biased and not very accurate. You can change the tire without disconnecting the phase wires or hall sensor. The stock pads aren't great but easily cut back to install aftermarket pads to supplement. Also the stock pads do protect the battery enclosures very well. The foam seat does a good job of protecting the top of the wheel as well. The biggest issues I've had in 1200km of riding my first batch master is the fender and trolley handle which both broke.

    • @ekolkacz
      @ekolkacz  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      You can try any well known aftermarket pads and i guarantee that you will not get back to original ones. If you never ride with Powerpads before then yes, it will be better then nothing
