Seriously any one saying this isnt game based or doesnt make you a better goalkeeper has never put a pair of gloves on, 100 percent 1st serve your fingers will snap if they dont your be blowing out your ass after the 1st serve. Unreal lad ignore the idiots at 38 i wish i had this type of training. Training at walsall wood couple years back with there boys was nuts. I love this game
Some class saves here and great video but I’m curious… jumping over a rope and then passing a stationary ball into an extension dive makes no sense?? I feel like this is why most keepers that just train struggle when they get into games because training needs to replicate the game. Technical work is more important at a young age but once you’re old enough I believe you shift away from the technical work (it’s already been drilled in to you for years) and into game realistic situations so you can better be prepared.
Great point! Every coach and player will have different philosophies and there probably is no right answer! We like to showcase all kinds of goalkeeping on the channel but we love the input and feedback 👊

this all looks great but at the end of they day, i doubt it makes you a better goalkeeper. the course of events in the exercises is too predictable.
B3have your self lad, put a pair a gloves on an do half of what they do your be blowing out your ass after the 1st serve, everything he does makes you 1000 percent better.
