Huge project, looking good so far.
The only thing I would have done different would be putting the wheel arch flange on after welding the fender together.

Yes, it can be done later as one piece I agree . But. I am using screws to help hold the sections to the wooden buck on the wheel opening area.

As I am a fiberglass person, my question is what are your plans for inner structures for rigidity?
We will be fabricating all the inner structures like door jams, pillars inner door shell etc before and during the hanging process onto the chassis
