So do you have energy security by importing products ? That even makes you highly vunerable. Anybody that wants to fight Nigeria should just make sure that no ship comes into our port . Lets call a spade a spade if you dont want dangote to control the market then fix the 4 moribund refineries . It took him 8 yrs to build a brand new refinery while you could not repair existing ones. Sad
Have the NNPC "opened up their books to the regulators"? The process should be transparent and applied in an even handed manner.
Without a refinery, you don't have energy security because you have to depend on foreign countries. So, the first step towards energy security is a local refinery. It's not good business to export crude oil abroad earn Fx, then use the same Fx to import refined products from foreign refineries.
The issue of a monopoly does not arise if Nigeria sells crude oil to Dangote's refinery and allows it's locally refined products to compete with imported products. You can't frustrate the local refinery while allowing foreign refineries to freely ship their products into the country at a premium and huge Fx cost.
People that are taking people for mumus. But it is their supporters and sycophants that are the ones causing them to take the people for granted.
Toh!!!

@@judeike5660 They know what to do and know what they are doing, it's simply because they're are not consequences for them maliciously and intentionally sabotaging the quality of life and property of the people.
There is no monopoly here. Stop talking nonsense. What about the four NNPC refineries? And the ongoing BUA refrinery being built? Which monopoly are you talking about? NNPC spent 26 billion dollars importing fuel. Dangote spent 20 billion dollars building the refinery. Why are the Nigerian refineries not working. E no dey make sense.
Liborous is trying hard to get an appontment from APC.
I dey shame for you.
Chai!😢
The diesel we import into Nigeria as of today has lower quality than what Dangote produces. So I wonder where the NMPDRA is coming from.
Anyway Tinubu has signed for one term.
The news is all over the North.
He won't get a second term,no matter the rigging .
He sounded very political
It scares me when I see TVC trying to push this narrative.
There should be no question of monopoly. Even the IOCs can buy AGO and PMS from Dangote. They have an advantage because refining in Nigeria will be cheaper for them. All these attempts to frustrate Dangote make no sense.
Fed Govt. Shall come in, to stop fuel syndicate
The military need to take over
What about the local refineries under nnpc? Are they not running as nnpc promised they would by December 2023? Our economy is down because of inflation, petrol, kerosene, and diesel prices on roof top. Sorry Nigeria.
The minute he starts speaking, you can always tell who is paying Librous this time.
I always thought he was all about the beat thing for the people. Las Las, majority get their puppet master.
When there is too much bread involved, everyone wants to dip hand inside pot and pick meat. Sadly, It's not about what is the country's best interest. Typical. 😭🇳🇬
So in ur sense u feel he's one sided. Chai Nigeria my country has a long way to go.
I am very surprised he has this perspectives. Mankind 😮.
I tell you, "there are people who make a sh!tlo@d of money from, importing goods into the country that, can be found, locally
God bless and guide the president of Nigeria

The, smaller REFINERIES, need to partner with ALIKO DANGOTE, and come unto DANGOTE, umbrella.
Why
Would the government's parastal be irresponsible with the supply chain?
The Nigerian government and energy regulators have successfully made Nigeria an investor's graveyard. Who in their right mind would invest in Nigeria? A country in desperate need of investors?
wise man. honestly, the public usually trivializes the complexities of this dilemna. Its not a question of monopoly per say even if a regulator mishandled his words. if you think the fault lies one side and the narrative is black and white then you should just stick to watching movies because life is unscripted.
Talk talk
When shell ran things, they were not talking about energy security
israel is feeling what is doing to others. good job!
why is it always the Yoruba regime attacks individual properties when they come into power?
Nawaooo.
Done
Who is this fool??...how dos importing give us security ???...
This man has bo serious idea of what happening. He's just trying to speak gor the government.
This man. Hmmm
Jigida dance analysis. What stops you from visiting the refinery and conducting some investigations instead of assuming that "the refinery is more than 45% complete but not up to 100%?" There is a very huge gap between 45% and 100%.
First no refinery will ever work in black African countries, if Federal government buy it from Dangote, that refinery will not work, the US and the west will not let any black African countries,hv refinery becus it will spoil business for them, I say it today no refinery will ever work in any ECOWAS countries, even Bukina Faso, Mali, Nigel, will first hv refinery before any ECOWAS countries 😂😂😂
Niger has refinery already
Crazy people all over Nigeria talking rubbish
