Had the some issue with my first or second PC, Best Buy's Geeksquad couldn't fix mine either. Just had to buy a new Third PC.
Which I think Is on purpose, just so you can spend more money.
My fiance used to work at Best Buy ages ago; geeksquad is literally just to boost sales and often pushed on customers. Workers can't even refuse to sell it.
