Rachel, there is a type of weaving called Saori. It is all about being free, individual, no fear, free form, no mistakes only design elements. Oh, my goodness -- I just LOVE this -- I've never seen that type of binding before -- it's wonderful -- you chose the perfect fabrics -- wouldn't that make a darling summer purse? That hemp fabric is just dreamy !!! Today has been a step forward in our "rehoming" -- we decided to go with a townhouse apt., as opposed to a real house -- we were too late on the other one -- but, my draw back was my garden, and I remembered our community garden, and something told me to get up, put on my shoes and walk there, and the girl who is co-in charge just happened to be there, and I got the last two -- and I can donate my large butterfly bush and other shrubs -- I have a white climbing rose -- and since all utilities except electricity is included, it will save us between $500-$600 a month, and in the same general area -- so my son contacted them; the office is closed due to covid-19, but they are "telecommuting" -- which I support -- so we're hoping the unit we picked is still available -- 3 bedrooms, up and down stairs and an end unit, and with housing savings he can finally buy a car -- I'm happy with the bus, but I'm old and don't do anything -- and we can take our dog and 2 kitties -- and -- we adopted another one of the kittens out today -- so it's been a good day -- topped off with your amazing project -- you know I love everything you do, but girlie, you outdid yourself on this -- I cannot love it more !!! Very well done !!! Put these in your shop; you'll sell out every time !!!

Great project. Love material bags to hold craft items. I used your digital kit today on my video and it worked wonderfully. I left your link below the video so hopefully you will get some sales. I ran out of ink or I would have had your tags printed as well. Thanks again for your inspiration.

I love this! I wouldn't change a thing! I learned (kinda) to sew in that era of perfection, mitered corners, and invisible stitching... so consequently, I just couldn't do it... always off a but and never happy. So I quit... and my sewing machine was even stolen from my house two years ago.... I think I am going to order another because I think I could do this with the freedom and artsy vibe! And I adore it! Do you have a favorite sewing machine.... hopefully budget friendly...not too exotic. ??? Thanks for the videos.

My goodness that is so cool. You are so creative on the fly I love it. I have learned so much from you in such a short time. I'm going to purchase a sewing machine next month.
