If you are a beginner take only 2 to 3 minutes initially. There after gradually increase the time every week increase it for 1 min. Maximum time frame to do this meditation is for 10 mins without blinking your eyes and to look on candle flame or diya....in a sitting position about one and half feet distance. Gazing or focusing on the tip of the flame & the position of the flame should be right towards the eye level. Do it daily....
