Man I bought mine today, the right bud overheats when charging, then goes from 91% battery from 2 hours worth of charging down to 6% within 45 seconds of use. I literally have no clue what is wrong with it. I don’t know why all of the earbuds I buy nowadays don’t work straight out of the box smh
Manufacturing defect, if you don't get them replaced from where they were purchased, Skullcandy will replace them for free. Don't use them or charge them any further like this could be dangerous. It sucks a lot that your new ones aren't working out of the box! I totally feel that disappointment. If it helps at all, when you get your replacements I think you're going to be thrilled. This is the first time Ive had earbuds that did not require being jammed/screwed into my ears to keep them from falling out, even while working out. Even better, they're so comfy! I thought there was no way when I saw their actual size, and after looking like a weirdo shaking my head all over positive they'd fall out, they're still just... there. not stretching or pressing, not slowly falling out and needing constant adjustments Good lucl and I hope you have em soon!
Not having an actual button on the earphones is really annoying if you just want to take them out for a second. You end up handling them in a way that skips what you're listening to or switches them off. If they don't switch on automatically when they come out of the dock, getting them to switch on is hit or miss. Bring back buttons!
There’s a problem with the personalized audio by Mimi. I connect to both my iPhone and iPad. Every time I switch between the two, the app forgets my personal hearing profile even though I made an account that supposedly saves my profile. There isn’t any way to log into the app, so I have to create a new profile every time I switch. I’m sending these back because they don’t work as intended due to reliance on the app which isn’t working properly.
The case has to be charged for them to turn off, kind of a mood killer though tbh :/ Been wearing my rail anc for months and I have no complaints other than the earbuds not turning off when the case dies☠️
I bought 2 brand new pairs and they the right earbud never works it's always battery low or doesn't connect or connects and disconnects paid 120 for both skull candy rails and they both have issues
I have the same problem and just got my second set (I returned the others), if they don't work right, then I'll get some other brand. But I've been reading that it is a recurring issue and that can't be good.

Probably a bad batch...i kept my receipt cause I already expect these things to fail. Not to say they're bad but common with newer tech
Dam mine are really good I haven’t had to charge them yet they came charged and I’ve had them for like 2 weeks and they work great

Struggling to get them to pair to each other. Were okay for a few weeks, now they refuse to pair together

These earbuds suck they go crazy if you're sweating and mine don't shut off when you put them in the case anymore

My headphones worked fine up until the manufacturer warranty ran out.. make sure you buy a warranty with these or better yet by a different brand
