I'm watching you from France and I really like what I see. Your explanations and illustrations are very clear, and I'll certainly present your exercises to my club this year.

I run a Bolognese Fencing club in Pennsylvania, U.S. This is excellent information and I'll be sure to forward our club members here! :) Thank you!

Very clear and informative, and I especially liked the step-by-step breakdowns detailing how each part of the body is moving and why, for detailing how to perform the steps. The group exercises at the end are brilliant and seem like a very effective way to liven up a part of training I've struggled in making interesting, definitely going to be using them! Thank you!

I like the very specific breakdown of movement and balance here. Nice explanations and imagery. Thank you very much. Love the t-shirt too!

Thank you for these videos, I am not near a hema group, so must train myself and seek to “evangelize” to others in my area.
Very informative, thank you again for your work.

Excellent content, your footwork looks very good.
This video is a gem and will come extremely helpful in order for me to polish my own footwork and of course, look more stylish in sparring bolonese style.
    Grazie!

Di nulla! ^_^ Thanks! If there's something in it for other fencers that makes us extra happy! :)

I think you should discuss more about hip orientation, when talking about foot work. For example, in your stepping exercises it was not clear if these should include a hip rotation or not. Practising both with and without is good, I guess.

Thx for the input - I'll make a note and see what I can come up with in a future vid.

Some similarities to boxing. You guys do any rope jumping? It will give you crazy foot speed and endurance.

Thx for the input! We used to implement some HIIT including rope jumping. Unfortunately not possible at the moment for various reasons, but I'll definetely put it on our TO-DO list again :D (I'll send the complaints of destroyed students to you... 😁)

First impression: I like this lady, she shock me twice under 20 seconds, first with her entrance on camera, second, with her pretty face. Congrats!! You don't even unsheathe your blade to pierce my heart.

Thx for the comment! And also for the input on the promosm-comments. I googled it sloppily some time ago and remember I found it'd mean "good" in russian or smt... Anyways, now I googled again, I got the right picture now I guess... Are you a bot too?
