No, that's considered to be Classic Sonic. He wouldn't know much about Classic Sonic before meeting him since different worlds and all. (Basically, different things happened through their life, different ways of meeting everyone ((which is why Tails backstory changes so much through shows, comics, etc.)) I hope this makes sense lol

What I found surprising from this reaction vid in particular is that you actually know the lore abt sonic games (mostly the adventure saga) and that's the thing I like from it! ^^
It's sad that sink sonic hasn't and never met the gang when he was drowning that's why nobody helped him no one knew him so they Had no idea sonic was drowning and his eyes eventually started bleeding for how long he was under water:(

These fnf sonic mods would likely test them, but sonic lore in general is crazy enough to where they'd be fine.. Unless you bring some of the more gruesome Exes and such. Besides all that, half the time with these reaction videos, there's a lack of substance, and somehow, the characters are not even fazed a little? Making these pointless if the basic requirement can't even be reached. Overall, neat video. Have a subscribe 👌
