The hardest area to get to in Breath of the Wild

Anyone want a tutorial on this? This is a cool spot to get to, but it's also really precise. You need to approach the plateau with lots of speed, while moving at the perfect angle. It took me an hour worth of attempts to do this, so it's definitely not that easy to get to
