Beautifully created class and exercise format! The pianist is wonderful. As a Ballet teacher & Coach for many years, I always gain much pleasure and further knowledge and ideas watching other marvellous teachers at their craft. For those watching this who are new to Ballet, yes, when one enters a Ballet studio and begins warmup and exercises, you kind of enter another world so to speak. One leaves all the troubles and worries outside the classroom door, as I tell my students. Ballet is an incredibly beautiful, demanding art form which requires complete immersion into each movement and role. It is in the classes that help prepare one for performance:body, mind and soul. The beautiful Ballet Master has created gorgeous exercises, each with a specific purpose in warming up and coordinating the body. I hope to be able to visit South Korea in the near future to watch classes. We all made it through these tough times of COVID..let’s keep dancing and keep this amazing Art form alive and well.
