I live in Western Canada. There is a big Ethiopian community in my city. Last week, I took a taxi and my driver happened to be a wonderful lady from Ethiopia. During my short travel, we chatted for a little bit. As soon as I shared with her that I am from India, she started singing all the songs from the movie 'Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham'. She remembers every single song, word by word. She wished to travel to India and hoped that one day her country could be like ours. Ethiopia is very diverse. As a person of Indian origin, I hope peace prevails in this beautiful country of Ethiopia. Some of my best buddies and workmates are from Ethiopia. I hope Ethiopia and Africa rise and shine.
