Good initative & very much inspiring & motivating for young generation keep sharing such smart way of investing & generating an additional source of income & building wealth ❤❤❤
Hi sir I am citizen of India . Is there a possibility of investing in real estate and property in Canada while staying in India . Or is there any other way by which I could invest in Canada and earn profit
That student growing his investment from $5k to $40k from stocks in the span of 2 years is incredible!! If his true intention was to grow his wealth, in my opinion he should stay invested in stock market itself by doing good homework on what stocks and in which sectors he is investing!! Because real-estate is not fetching such massive ROI, I believe…. Buying a real estate means we are paying most of the appreciation to bank as a mortgage and we are missing out on our returns. Let’s say (on an avg, real estate is fetching around 7% appreciation per annum and we are paying the bank almost 7% interest rate. (Neck to neck) Rental income will be around 5-6% per annum, or some times even less So what is the ROI here?? 5-6% per annum max??
VFV would be the proper ETF in Canada. VOO would be for an RRSP/LIRA. Also, which duplex is someone buying for $400000. Won’t be nicest of ones and in a very small market. Transparency is nice
Good video but next time please change the camera angle when writing because in this video your writing board is opposite of camera and I could not see properly what you writing.

If someone can grow $5,000 into $40,000 in just a year and a half 🤣, it might make sense for them to stay in the equity market rather than shift to real estate. Here, you’re showing 700% growth, which isn’t realistic at all. A 15% growth rate is more realistic, even in favorable market conditions and that too for long term.. No offense, but real estate isn’t as promising compared to other investments unless you’re regularly flipping houses in good marketing boom like in 2022.
