Writing from the US.... Her family is wealthy this condition can be successfully treated here. Research and find where she can receive treatment in the US. Family money should allow for both of them to come here. She will need her husband's support, he should be with her.

I don't think that this lady is a lady that believes she is entitled. Nothing destroys love more than separation. Why would she be relegated to a separate room, and drown herself in tears of self pity! I feel like all the man wouldn't be feeling all this if he truly loved the woman! Firstly, you married her for money not for love.
