ഒരുപക്ഷേ ഈ പാനിപൂരി ആയിരിക്കാം മഞ്ഞപ്പിത്തം ഉണ്ടാക്കിയത്....കരൾ രോഗമുള്ളവർ പുറത്തുനിന്നും പാകം ചെയ്യാത്ത ആഹാരം (raw food, especially street food) കഴിക്കാൻ പാടില്ല... പാനിപൂരി തയാറാക്കാൻ മല്ലിയില, പുതിനയില എന്നിവ വേണം. ഇതൊക്കെ നന്നായി കഴുകിയില്ലെങ്കിൽ പ്രശ്നമാണ്. പിന്നെ അതിലുപയോഗിക്കുന്ന വെള്ളം എത്ര ശുദ്ധമാണെന്നാർക്കറിയാം! പാവം സുബി 💔😢🙏
