I cannot tell you the exact number of stairs you need to climb but it will be not convenient for elderly people , but it's nice hotel for friends and young couples,but approximately 35-40 stairs to reach the hotel

The manager told me 15 steps to reception area and 15 steps to each floor. Your video appears to not show the full flight of steps to the reception, but starts from the middle. Your further response will be helpful for me.
