Same! God has literally done the same for me. I really almost began to question it but i know that god has a mysterious way of showing me things in the unknown.
Lost alot of friends since the pandemic and I got divorced ...then when I got laid off last year I lost more friends and so I moved to a new city and been lonely and really lost myself. I went from being super connected and personable to being in this little bubble. Happy to watch this praying for genuine friends in this new chapter.
This is literally my life. I hope u get comfortable with just u and fall in love with yaself again. My motto is 1 day at a time.

Jesus Christ wants a personal relationship with you through the Holy Spirit, not religion and blind faith. You see, we all have sinned, and have broken God’s law (The Ten Commandments). Wrong doing deserves justice and must be punished (just like how a criminal has to pay for the crime they have committed) but God saved us from the eternal punishment of our sins by sending His Son Jesus Christ, fullness of God in flesh, a perfect, sinless sacrifice to pay the penalty for our sins by dying on the cross and resurrecting, so that we may have everlasting life. It is all finished and now for you to accept the free gift of grace, you must repent of your sins and put your faith in Jesus Christ and Bible says that His Blood will cover all of your sins, you will be forgiven, saved from eternal punishment, and be given everlasting life. By faith you will receive the Holy Spirit, become born again, know Jesus personally and He will transform your heart and clean you from the inside out. my suggestion would be working on yourself first. truly start the work of learning + loving yourself deep… figure out why you fear being seen.. do the work get to the root of that before trying to build more connections. I hope you receive this with love 🫂🤎

I realized the other day that I want genuine connection, I want more than sending reels to one another and stuff. So I am working on getting myself together and going to try and put myself out there. This video is definitely for me. Being an introvert can be really hard at times and not feeling like you fit in with anyone. Im still taking steps on getting out of my comfort zone and actually putting myself out there connecting with people. I know soon ill find the right people that I’m compatible with.

I can feel all of this❤ I recently started doing that as well. Introvert as well. I had recently been guided to move through the fear. One way I started to get out there is I started doing marketplaces and talking to people. Which as you know is completely out of my comfort zone.
I'm appreciative of this video. As a man, I'm creating my "chosen family" or "tribe" right now. When meeting others, I saw that I would dilute myself; I told myself that it was just a matter of me having my "guard" up, but in reality, I was afraid of being judged for who I am. This message is right on time. I recently came to the realization that a group of “friends” are catty, jealous, and unsupportive. I believe I am supposed to be in solitude, but damn it’s hard.
A very clear sign to me is , when people are not judging right away and acting with humour and generosity to awkward situations. Usually that’s a good place to be .
I literally came to the video with “girl group” in mind, and left feeling 1000% more grateful for the 3 (separate) close friendships I already have… I’m going to continue becoming myself and finding ways to support and encourage their growth where I can 💎

It’s illegal for TH-cam to not recommended your channel to me before this. It’s like god was talking to me and told me what I needed to hear in the middle of me making some big changes in life. I got super emotional when you talked vulnerably about how you rejected genuine energies since you weren’t used to it and you’re used to working hard for love. That was a lot to take in and something I needed to hear and realise about myself. Can’t wait to binge watch all your videos. I’ve already taken into account a few tips from this video - I need to move out of from tough situation and make a new life and make some new friends. ❤

It’s real trap because you need grace for « your people » to be patient enough with you in times when you don’t open up to them and show them healthy vulnerability.
We’re raised into thinking that vulnerability is being naive or things like that, while it just depends on who you confide to.

Long story short, My BFF and I got into the pettiest argument a few hours later and she told me to never call her again (I honestly didn’t do or say anything for her to blow up that way). This just made me think, how many people in my life am I completely myself around? Other than my spouse, I can not think of anyone. I've isolated myself from everyone this year because I was tired of not being my full self around people. It was so draining. Now it is time for me to acknowledge that I do want beautiful and healthy relationships. I do want to connect, be seen, and have a fuller life with my people.

Hey girl, going into my 30s in 2 months. My emotions are conflicting. My 6 yrs relationship ended, healing from depression, and I realized my savings are not enough. I am in so much pain but I guess my job right now was my blessing for keeping me busy because I am always burned out in my last job but this job right now is one of the things that keep me going aside from my family, my greatest supporter. I am right here learning from the examples of people searching on youtube how's their life in their 30s and I realized that whenever/whoever you are, everyone is doing their best to live their best life.I really love what you mentioned to be the person in your head as much as you can .. Omg I needed this video ! My friend was criticizing me yesterday . We were smoking and driving and I said oh snap the police .I prayed I said thank you GOD for letting us get back and forth safely . I was looking for videos for black women with ADHD, saw the title of your video and this is exactly where I was meant to be. Felt like you were talking directly to me.
I'm turning 30 this year and let me tell you how refreshing it feels to let go of relationships (platonic and romantic) from my late teens to early 20s. Just like Tiffany described, I was showing people the version of me that allowed them to take advantage or treat me some type of way. After breaking off those relationships I did feel lonely. I took time to reevaluate my life and what it is that I want from it including WHO I want in it. Now I vow to live each day as my authentic self and I'm attracting a different crowd that is more aligned with my mindset and lifestyle. I mean it's still a work in progress don't get me wrong but this video was such a great reminder to keep pushing.

I have loving people around me but I feel lonely in my path as if no one understands or sees my vision, no one is as driven as I am. I’ve started to realize that loneliness is part of my path so that I may be one with God. (You don’t have to be a believer to know that a higher power has placed a higher calling on you and that’s why you feel different. I am happy to know I am in the correct path. I’m for anyone that wants to connect.

Its amazing that out of this world of billions of people, people have trouble finding people that click with them. I ran a meet up group that was popular in my city. Over 3000 members. However, over 15 years I made a lot of acquaintances, and not many friends. I even experienced many frenemies. They wanted what I could give them, and treated me like crap. Fake. I am so relieved not to do that any more. I can breath again. Love going out, love meeting people, but I also love time to myself. I treasure real friendships. They are rare gems. yes… rare gems! a lot of people have been through a lot of things… and unfortunately, most don’t do the work or even know how to begin to unpack + heal that trauma. it makes it really hard to form healthy bonds from that space. I just pray that some of the things I share can help people to start taking the reigns on what they actually can control to heal + live the lives they desire… thank you for watching 🙏🏾

Wow! I’m not sure how is it fully your words mirrors my very thoughts and things I am going through with SELF in this present moment. This is sheer alignment of manifestation for me. And I’m so grateful right now.
I’m in tears because I am on this exact journey rn and I know and feel without a doubt this is the path I need to be on. When you mention of this one life we have, and in essence to living it fully and making it great, this resonates with me in my recent moments of self reflection and isolation during my meditated time. While in that moment, I said out loud “YOLO.!” One almost has to become SELFish with self in order to be SELFless. The very things/people/family that you think or thought was/is for you would surprise you in that if they remain and/or release themselves from your space you will know what no longer serves you.
I’d say don’t be afraid of going through the phases of loneliness because it is there that you will begin to find peace in your aloneness. In your aloneness your people will show up, the frequency and energy will align. You will discern and you will know.
The journey is going to be hard at first, trust you will have moments of despair and tears will be shed. You will begin to find clarity and know self-WORTH. You will fulfill your dreams, your purpose, your gifts etc. Your people who genuinely care for you, will stand with you and be there for you. And there you will find you in new spaces with your people/tribe.

Breaking away from the circle of cycles and generational trauma and curses. The overcoming of these things is rooted deeply in our community (POC). O boy!!! I understand!!! Its supposed to be Women Empowerment and leaves you non empowered! I use to think that maybe it is some wrong with me, all the while I was trying to fit in instead of being myself! I just told my neice this yesterday! ❤️ I had to be okay with being good with me and accepting me first! Genuine friendship is everything sis!!!

Got out of an abusive relationship, got into therapy & figured out that I had friendships that were toxic & family....sooooo much. Had to clear house. Thank you SO much for speaking on anxiety!
