    Welcome back to 1moRep, In this video, I share a few exercises (shoulder workout) for intermediate and advanced lifters. The main aim of this video is to provide a simple and effective workout plan to target all heads of your shoulder muscles and your traps. I hope you find this video informative.
    Shoulder Workout (All exercises 4 sets):
    1. Dumbbell press (8-15 reps)
    2. Hammer shoulder press with cables (8-15 reps)
    3. Side lateral raises + Front raises + bent-over lateral raise (8-12 reps in each variation)
    4. Reverse machine Flys (8-15 reps)
    5. Upright rows (wide grip + close grip) 8-12 reps in each variation
    6. Seated barbell shrugs (8-15 reps)
