Once Shankar had a huge fan base and reputation over current super Stars. It's been wonder at those times big M's had waited for him for shooting!!
Shankar would have been in films now when he could have dubbed his voice for movies.
Unfortunately Rahman and Shankar went down because of their matter in dubbing!!
He should have done movies by his own voice, may this point help some coming stars..

Shankar'ettan being unable to regain his superstar status is truly a case of bad luck and i am sure lots of parapani against him must have been there. But he is too gentlemanly to speak about the politics part. In terms of talent, he always had all the ingredients of a top notch hero for commercial malayalam cinema, right from the very start. We want to see good guys finish first because we are tired of seeing the rogues win everything always. Please get back to your rightful position very soon. Best of luck !!

@@ravisharavi6153 His voice wasn’t an issue from 80 - 86 , why it became issue after that ? Surely Shankar and Rahman were odhukkal by Trivandrum Nair lobby. Shankar did action, romance, comedy, song scenes everything very well ; there was no shortcoming. But once you are out for few years, that luck won’t shine the same way. Just like Now even if Dileep comes back, he won’t shine the same way…his confidence is already shaken.
