Ye the debuffs stack (and extend for 20seconds) but the BUFF you get for using it does not stack (only applies while active). Also, you'll want to focus on SS Neck first (if you have it). Shouldn't feed the SS Armor until after your Twin Lance & SS Neck is 3/4 + 4 spare relic cores.. Then swap over to: 1/2 Twin Lance + 3/4 SS Neck + 3/4 SS Armor

Twin lance 3/3+ SS neck 2/3+ SS chest 3/1. I can make SS chest 3/2 or make SS neck 3/5 if I make my Twin lance 3/2. Merica is legend 3 star red. Destroyer has 960 resonance and I need 230 shards for 2 star awakening. What should I work on next?
definitely make ss chest 3/2+.. Your biggest gains in CE/EE are going to be Relic Cores for higher AF lvls. Tech will gradually increase but af is dependent on relic cores. There are people with 60k less atk than me doing 1-2 more CE pts bcuz they have higher AF on chest/neck.
Oh gotcha. I’m at 63% crit rate and 40% crit damage with void gloves. My Twin lance is 4/3, SS neck 2/2, SS chest is 1/0. So I just need to bring up my chest piece and I can swap over to Metallia? I’m at 1 star awakened Yang
Actually, if I reset my Twin lance to 3/2 I can make my SS chest 3/2. And I can get my crit to 68% from a survivor. Will that be enough to swap to Metallia?
@ErickGarcia-ny1dx tbh you would definitely see improvements in CE for sure. EE would be comparable. If you have 2 reset vials, you could always test it and go back if you're seeing damaging results in EE.
I just tested in PoT but I was at a floor boss so used armor of quietus. I barely lost with Metallia. I used a Metallia build too. Went back and used Yang build and beat it with about 6sec to spare. I think I still need to get a little bit stronger before I make the swap again

Rocket Resonance (Chill Effect) only works when your Rocket is EVOd. The debuffs actually last 20s as well, so you are stacking both GREEN & BLUE by alternating (and the pink is always on debuff if you have SS neck) in CE/PoT though, yes you should just spam GREEN over and over if you have rocket resonance chill effect unlocked & SS neck for weaken.
