Loving this. Did 30 min low intensity, 30 min after waking up. Pump and Pre-workout gives me energy for this workout and High burn. Tonight 30- 45 min on the Peloton. Putting the big weights/ lifting down for 2 months to shred with ALL you videos! These are especially great in the Fall and Winter to stay on the fit path

Best kettlebell workouts I have found. I've done this exercise twice already in two weeks. It is indeed brutal. I like the more simple movements. Some channels, the moves just get too complicated..thank you!

Said it before but I learned techniques from Mark Wildman and then done between 3 and 4 of your workouts a week since about may/early June 2020. A totally new way of working out for me and it’s been a “pleasure”, kept me fit physically and mentally throughout. You and a few others have been nothing short of a vital public service! And I’m not kidding either.

Great no frills work out! Loved it thank you. I only have one kettlebell and I think it’s a bit too light. Had to modify the crazy push ups but managed to complete it without smashing myself in the face. Result!

Tried this for 1st time with only kettlebell i have witch is 16kg. Had really hard time with maintaining grip and I almost died two times. This exercise is hardcore

I prefer the 35 minute style of only resting after a few sequences rather than resting around the waist after each exercise. I am working on a variety of other workouts over the holidays and there is a 35-40 minute one in there. Depends on what everyone is liking and watching.

Hey Troy - great workout, super challenging. What’s the best way to avoid forearm fatigue with so many swings in a workout? I’ve found that switching down from 18kg to 16kg doesn’t help that much.
Hey Dominic. Thought I would reply to all my old comments that got missed. The best to avoid forearm fatigue Isla to work on wrist flexion, extension and inversion with some dumbells on off days to improve strength. Just doing kettlebells will slightly improve strength but not as a much as direct work.

What size kb did you use? My only options are 8kg and 12kg and 35lb
I used a 16kg for this one. You could get away with a 12kg and just do less reps.

wow. that was great. i used my 50lb as much as i could until i was so fatigued i thought i was guna strain my back on the snatches. killer, loved it.
50 lb is insane!. Drop the weight a little till you get stronger. Yeah there are lots of hip hinging on the program so build up to it.
