Sterilization is necessary for the complete destruction or removal of all microorganisms (including spore-forming and non-spore forming bacteria, viruses, fungi, and protozoa) that could contaminate pharmaceuticals or other materials and thereby constitute a health hazard.
Disinfection : a process that will eliminate infective organisms.
Sterilization - A process used to render a product free of
viable organisms with specified probability. - PDA TR1

destruction of all forms of microbial life in terms of their

Steam sterilization is achieved by exposing the items to be sterilized with saturated steam under pressure. Steam enhances the ability of heat to kill microorganisms by reducing the time and temperature required to denature or coagulate proteins in the microorganisms.

Disinfectant load - item used for Disinfectantion and cleaning
Warm up cycle - simply to heat the Autoclave chamber
Hot Leak Test - leak test done after warmup cycle or empty cycle, leak test in hot chamber
SIP of Vent Filter by steam Sterilization
Filter Integrity - to check that filter is free from damages and blockages, it should be integral
HPHV process - involves high pressure and high vacuum pulses to achieve Sterilization

Do we need to qualify sterilizer as per production temperature or 1°C less than production temperature?

No, it should be qualified as per the pre determined process parameters or else you need to develop the qualification cycles prior to qualify any load.

My question is why only general standard temp for steam sterilization is 121•c ,
But if we use more than that it will do Complete our process fast

Yes you can do it but first you need to evaluate the impact of high temperature on the materials which you are sterilize.
An increase in temperature will reduce the time duration.
