The Lost Pixel Dan Review! This Masters of the Universe Classics Leech review was originally posted back in 2011 - but not on TH-cam! Back then I was using another video hosting site more regularly, and somehow this one never made it over. For years people have asked me where it is. I figured it was time to dig it out and get it up for anyone that wants to watch it!

Any plans to do a vid on the new mega construx xenomorph egg slime packs? They are glorious and up your alley on so many levels.
Possibly! i picked one up and opened it with my son the other day. They are really fantastic little toys. I'm just slightly worried about doing opening/slime type videos on TH-cam right now with all of this "Made For Kids" stuff happening. :-/
Yeah. I did forget slime is still up there with fortnite as a topic. Could always preface it with a few verbal bombs or a quick clip of blood and gore from the franchise😉
Glad you guys liked it though. Mind if i ask what colors you guys got? Grabbed three so far and all i've gotten are glow in the dark paired with green, which is cool but they have other colors on the package, so yeah curious if there is any other colors.

Cool, if memory serves me correctly my little brother had an original Leech.
Also, love the goofy “pft-pt-tt-tht-tt-tt-tt-tt-pft” drum loop + Casio riff that always plays in the background. Almost makes me think I’m watching a lost scene from Napoleon Dynamite, and I fully expect Pixel Dan to tie a string around one of his figures and chuck ‘im out the back of a school bus. 😛

Always loved Leech, he even made it in the Thundercat universe when I played Thundercats.

I thought this guy was an amazing update possibly one of the best of the entire series!
MotUC Leech is currently prominently on my display since he conquered Castle Grayskull together with his Evil Horde. 🏰 💀 🦇

Leech is one of my favorites
Been looking for this one ever since I discovered your channel. I quite liked the vintage Leech as he was different, used to be my Horde enforcer cause he was so bulky.
For me it was Leech,Grizzlor and Mosquitor as the muscle,Mantenna as Hordak's servant (like the filmation cartoon) and Hordak as the brains
Nice. For The Horde I only had Hordak, Leech, Grizzlor, Mantenna and Modulok. I used to play with them as a smaller force but powerful. Grizzlor and Leech the muscle. Mantenna the spy second in charge.
We didn't get the Filmation shows in my country so didn't get to see their personalities. That would of also helped as I could of added Tung Lashor as he was the only snakeman I had.
this whole time, for years i thought i was a crock of some sort. I just found out the name today 11/20 /22 when my pup ate leech! I had to look up to buy a new one.
Modulok was my favorite evil Horde figure
He looks fine...really good actually
When Mattel released the Masters of the Universe Classics I was going through a difficult financial time in my life, meaning I didn't had money to spend on action figures, I managed to grab He-man, Skeletor, Battle Cat and Panthor first releases but I couldn't buy the other ones so I gave up on the line. This and Bandai's Myth Cloth EX were the two lines that I had the hardest time giving up, MythCloth Ex because I loved the animation and had 109 regular Bandai Myth Cloth figures and Masters of the Universe Classics because the original line was what got me into collecting action figures in the first place. Nice figure and nice review Dan... even though it makes me a bit sad...
There is a new line of He-man figueres coming this year that look just like the original but with more articulation so if you want to start collecting then we got new figures coming.
Oh man, I hate that I contributed to sadness. I hope things are much better for you here in 2020!
@@cf2228 I already knew that, I even contacted Mattel to know if they are going to release the Origins line on retail in EU as they're doing on the USA. As soon as I have an answer I will come back and post it so every EU collectors knows. Thanks all the same.
@@Pixel-dan don't worry it happens every time I watch a MOTU Classics, a Myth Cloth Ex or any exclusive to USA action figure release for that matter. Believe me when I say there are quite a few of those so it happens all the time (can't get those DC Collectibles Batman VS TMNT out of the back of my mind) but I like to watch them all the same ;) Maybe I will be able to grab this new Origins line this time.
For a moment I thought the cosmic key I recently got with Skeltor had activated and tossed me back in time to 2011.

The proportions on Leech never bothered me, to me he just always seemed bulkier than the standard MOTUC figures and I like that diversity on my shelf.
The staction from the 200x line has a better design and more details than the classic, definetly I prefer the 200x line
Looks like he sold out on the Matty website...I hope I can find him on the secondary market at a decent price!

I am 35 years old of course u grew up with the classic he man but even us have to admit that almost all characters on 2000 x looks way cooler than the classic look
Both figures are great, but they forgot to make the filmation one.
