You are my Bedrock savior Prowl.. I always watch Pixlriff but still ask "Will it be same for Bedrock?" Please post more of this for us Bedrock Players we need more Guides like this
Beacon makes a great light block to hang from the ceiling with some glass panes around it! 😂 I did not know about the slab trick, that is handy to know, thanks Prowl, another top video!
I literally just got my first beacon using your wither advice and now came up to the tub to figure out how to use it. 😂 Keep up the great work on educating us on Minecraft bedrock.
Very OP, useful and decorative -- definitely looking forward to adding in my latest build buuuut for as epic as they are... 50 block range is squat! The code should be more like 100 block range total but something beyond 50 begins a small percentage drop of effectiveness or something...
I usually use jump 2 and speed 2 around my base, and have a haste 2 beacon at my basalt farm that I can turn on and off with a piston. They are a fantastic quality of life addition to any Minecraft world
I’ve wondered about beacons. Super useful! I’ll have to rethink the wither fight so I can get the beacon. I just need to survive the nether and find a fortress. 😅😅
I wish using different ores increases the range the beacon would work... So copper could be 50 blocks and netherite could be like 128 blocks or something like that if you get my drift
@@Prowl8413do they work through water say I wanted to put a simple water elevator through a mansion firstly so I don't kill myself by just having a whole second to make a easier way around the mansion, and I'm guessing fences and signs to stop the water would be ok as slabs are ok. I was also wondering if haste affects you on minecarts and horses and boats
I recall reading that you need six beacons to get max effects. Is that untrue, or did the game change with updates or something? Or perhaps another Java/Bedrock thing.
Because the iron has 20×20 square Range gold has 30×30 square range and diamond has 40×40 Square range and Emerald and Netherit has 50×50 if I'm correct.
This is a guide series for people who may not know every little detail about the beacon... what did you expect? Me to show you how to make the beacon cook you breakfast in the morning?

This was so useful for me because I need hundreds of beacons for my medieval city

I use my beacon exclusively for parkour speed laps in my base lol. Thanks Prowl.
Instant mining trees is even more satisfying to me than stone tbh!!
I love doing it!
💯% Moon!

Fun fact! You actually only need haste 1 for basalt! It always surprises me because I see basalt as a very hard block!
Oh, that is interesting.
Omg...i have to move some beacons to the bottom! Lol
I can't believe i continue to leave them at the old basement level!
Thanks Prowl! 💛
Yep! Lower = Better!
Bro spitting Facts!
Have yet to build one in survival. Plans for it do exist though.
Do it!

Yes! This would be real nice.

I can't wait to get one but it will be a while before I do though
You can do it!
Don't forget about the range issue with the corners of the beacon.

Thanks for covering this topic in a very thorough manner. I will be building some beacon bases very low from now on!
I’m so confused ? I have a netherite pickax with efficiency 4 and it does not mine thay fast when I have Haste on. Does it have to be efficiency 5???
Does haste effect the durability on your pickaxe? Or will you simply have the same uses meaning you’ll blow through your pickaxe faster?
The latter.
Do you have to have multiple beacons to get all 6 effects without losing them instantly?
Could you please post a link for the beacon color picker
It's literally glass. Coloured glass.
Let's gooo
Beacon range not work in square 50 50

@@faisalkhan2you are incorrect, the range is determined by the size of the pyramid, the block types don’t matter whatsoever
I’d heard the downward range was 20 blocks. Is it really 50?
Depends on the size of the base. 20 for tier 1; 50 for tier 4.
*range down only 49
Why is the title of the video saying mincecraft?
Haha. You checked
literally everything is widely known basic beacon stuff :(

I didnt so it helped for me ^^
Beacons suck bad
