Unless I’m getting totally confused, that doesn’t sound right to me tbh. Can the investor be an investor, buyer, seller and owner of the business all at the same time? Surely they have to be a buyer first to supplement their Karting tracks and then an investor to invest in the company to sell the formula cars into the market?
