@@giusepperocchi2979 I know it. Borealis is better in that price category imo. Obviously they will be better quality, Borealis bracelet is nicer but then again they are like 600-800 usd. I still think WD nailed the case and side profile alot better.
This looks REALLY good! Love how that round section under the bezel sits up high above the case…easy traction of the bezel. This luminescence is crisp too. Good stuff!
Absolutely love that finishing and the compact sizing, almost reminds me of a turtle case. I've been trying not to impulse buy every black dial sports watch that looks like it'll wear well, but this one is hard to resist! Especially with that micro adjust.
Thanks for another great review.I have a couple of watchdives, the 7922 & 79090 & both are reallly well put together.Watchdives are certainly up there regards quality. This shark master may well be the 3rd.Also thanks for giving us the taper of bracelet.I find a lot of reviews miss this out👍
The slim mid case is a definite improvement, as is the clear AR and the improved bezel action. I do prefer the flat ceramic bezel insert and the super-domed bubble crystal and the drilled lugs of the V1. On balance, I think I'm happy I jumped at the opportunity to get your V1.
Superb watch. Everything is perfect. I have the blue one astonishment peace. Design, colors, the shine, the lume, the date. Case dimension I change for 39.8, but fit very well. My wife don't take it off your wrist😢 Nice revue as usual whith the must interesting watches. Warm regards
Nice clasp! Love that on the fly adjustment. Nice looking watch, I like those "tall" bezels, similar to the excellent Seestern Sub 300, good review. Thanks.
@@adk7962 thanks for watching! Watchdives is also high on my radar at the moment....so many good releases as of late. Can't wait to see what they come up with next. I think for the prices, they are hard to beat.
Completely agree on the comfort of this watch; it's superb. My clasp needed some lubricant for the microadjustment, but now it's great. Would love to see WD give their WD79090 the same treatment with a slimmer midcase and rehaut.
@@nottherealaaron I think they are working on it. Ive seen case samples and they look pretty good, could still be slimmer, but MUCH better than the current case.
The V2 also does not have lumed cardinal numbers like the V1. Hope they make a V3 and take a millimeter off the case height. I have a couple of watches with an NH35 and a 12mm case height.
I have the date version in my basket to buy during the latest sale. Excellent review of an ace watch and what I just watched has convinced me to purchase it.
Excellent channel and review of the watches you present. Thank you. This WD1967 V 2 for the price and quality I think is a 9 out of 10 for what is worth..!
Kinda wish that I held out on version one I picked up the big triangle then the blue and love them both especially the big triangle on a tropic rubber strap Hope that you had a great 4th of July my friend Be well and keep em coming 👍
Another great watch from Watchdives 👍 It would have been perfect with a VH31 to make it thinner, just like they do on the new WD7922 BB54 homage I got recently 👌The finishing and the sapphire crystal are very good for the price.
The only thing bad on it is the triangle obscuring the 59 and 01 markers - otherwise it is almost the perfect watch, the only one one would ever need haha
@EscapeWheel what is your preferred size? My wrists are 7inch and I trying to figure out if I should get this or the Hruodland. I think ill go for this snd the blue SN0121 snowflake.
Its a nice wtch. Looks great from the top, but that side view with those vertical sides under the bezel look awful. Getting into Abraham Lincoln stovepipe hat territory.
@@onewatchjustisntenough check out hruodland. They sell a very similar one in 42mm. I reviewed it a while back. Not quite as nice as this one, but still cool
Best Omega homage ive seen so far. Nailed the case look.
Maybe take a look at the Helson Sharkmaster.

Helson is more expensive and is a great watch but this is hard to beat at the price.
check out their seamaster 300 and speedy
@@zillsburyy1 The speedy case looks terrible. Bloated, fat and unrefined. Needs a V2.

love the high contrast, I would choose the date at 6 version
watchdives and SM are amazing build quality and loaded with features

Looks like they're using Chronos/Lugyou(sp?) for this one. Very crisp, nice edges and polishing.

Completely agree. VH31 should always be an option for these watches out of China; they're so much better than an NH35 it's not even a contest.
They have it on their bb54 homage watches! It definitely made the watch lighter, thinner and easy to work with!
Have their bb54 homage on the way - really looking forward to that one!

I’d love this watch with blue dial, black bezel and gilt hands.

I didn,t like the version 1.
But now they have this version 2 that is spectacular!
Those who bought the old one will need to buy it again.
Great watch. Love mine. The mineral bezel is superb!
it really adds to the visual appeal of this, even if it is a less superior material.
Great watch with good lume.
Do they make a quartz or mecaquartz version of this?
I have the V1 big triangle no logo version, case back is better than V2. I can live with the blue coating and distortion on the V1.
The only thing bad on it is the triangle obscuring the 59 and 01 markers - otherwise it is almost the perfect watch, the only one one would ever need haha
Is this on Aliexpress too? Would looks great with acrylic cristal.

In the first version, sapphire was much better; it created 80 percent of the watch's design.

@@LymanPhillips pretty much a 1:1 copy of the watch it's copying....vintage omega Seamaster.
Sizing is off and the bezel is slightly different.
That’s how the historic military 300 looks like. The bezel scallops and that relief is now spot on.
