Suboxone helped for about a year, but its criminally expensive and the withdrawals are just as bad, if not worse than the heroin/fentanyl. Just hit 8 years clean, I still have dreams and small cravings. But you have to get rid of those friends/lifestyle/and mindset. I had hit rock bottom long before I quit. I just woke up one day and decided I was tired of living that way. After 12 years, I stopped and relapsed one time for about a week about a year and a half sober. It happens to the best, just gotta pick yourself up and try harder. Move on from the "good ole times. Most of my partners and "friends" have all died in those 8 years sober, I know I'd be among them had I kept going.

One of my favorite movies, I was so excited to show my girlfriend when I found out she had never seen it. She absolutely fell in love with the movie but admitted later that she did have a hard time with some scenes only because Leonardo DiCaprio does such an amazing performance and it feels so real like you are a fly on the wall watching these events unfold in real time.
