Set up D.U.I. CHECK POINTS on the main streets before downtown like Archer/Pulaski/Western and Ogden .This might make people think twice about acting up and they might use public transportation more . .

I think it's fine to Celebrate the Culture but I feel like after 11pm people shouldn't be outside they should Respect others living Conditions like on the July 4 at 12pm everything is done and I feel like it should be like that for us Mexicans and anyone who's not willing to follow Directions should be Ticket 💯 they should know that by 1030pm it's time to start heading back home and if they want to keep Celebrating they could but Respectfully.
