i had that same issue with my pc and i ended up having to uninstall the game and redownload my content but glad it didnt resort to that for you

Btw, I love this series, but I think you could limit the theme to the place, but not necessarily the objects from that pack. There is some cute stuff from Generations that would match the theme *so well*, I also have a lot of cc so I'm not sure if I just also have too much beach/bay stuff. If anyone ever wants to go for something like that, there's a great pattern under geometric or something (don't play in English, I just know it's not on thematics) that has little skulls and seaweed and all, I always use for pirate's kid rooms.

When I reinstalled Sims 3 a year ago, I reinstalled all the packs and all of my store content, but my game wouldn’t show the store content. I ended up having to subscribe to EA play just so I could use my store content. Then when my month subscription ran out, the store stuff was gone again, so now I have to pay for EA play every month just to have my store content, it’s ridiculous! But I really want my store content lol so I have to pay 💰
I think that’s a bug with the EA app. Sometimes when I open it half my games don’t show up as installed. Or half the dlcs aren’t loaded. Just restart the app.
Ok, that's the first time I realize that when you're placing items it looks a lot like Sims 4. Is that a mod or does turning off the fine lines/grid does this? Like, I can see the lines outside, but not inside. I don't know what they're called in English.
You can turn off the grid with G or the grid-button right to the day/night button
