I think it would be helpful in these videos if you guys were able to mention if Amazon delivers to any of these places or other delivery services like instacart. Or if you're able to get an Uber there.
I imagine some of the further out places that's maybe not possible. But I'm sure it's available the other ones. It would be nice to know because that's kind of a deal breaker for people with chronic illnesses who aren't able to get out and about as much
UPS and Fedex deliver in most of Maine, including this location.

Land prices in Maine have doubled in the last 4-5 years, most of that is what I call Covidflation.
It's not that land prices have doubled it's the dollar buys less . Look at food prices and don't believe what the Bidenomics says about inflation at only 5% . If you look at every food item in a grocery store it is up 30% in the last three years . If it sold for a dollar 3 years ago it's cost $1.30 now or more . The real number of inflation is 30%

Does anyone notice how skinny this property is ? Most likely too thin to shoot if you hunt.

Basically 94 acres that stretches only 450 feet wide the entire length of the property . It is kind of a weird set up if you wanted to hunt or build a rifle range on . Maybe in the back of the property a range would be fine to build. Hunting you shouldn't have a problem though . Plenty of place to hang stands on
The majority of the land is much wider than the road frontage.
Did you miss the no neighbors part. I shoot on my 3 acres in Hawaii and I do have neighbors
What are the property taxes. You really need to add that info. It makes all the difference.
