Awesome Day On The Snow 19 Mar 2023

We had another storm come thru and put down some fresh snow so I went for a ride. What An Awesome Day On The Snow!!
We have more storms coming in this coming week ... and the snow is getting deep now ... WOO HOO!!

OMG, that looks like so much fun dartin' through those trees on the powder!
6:54 - That was cool! Those wind sculpted snow drifts are sooo cool! Some of those look like they're well over12 feet deep (like at the 15:00 mark)!

It's way fun Q ... matter of fact ... IT'S ALL FUN ... WOO HOO!! I've seen that one drift (at the 6:54 mark) over 25 or 30 ft tall back in 2008. And YES, right now, it's over 12 ft high easy!! Hell, where I stop at the 7:12 mark, that snow right there is probably 15 ft deep. And we have more snow & wind coming, so everything will be larger & deeper soon. I'll check it out again in a couple weeks.

You can really see you years of experience in this video. By staying out of trouble spots nobody wants to dig snow lol. Plus your all alone . Beautiful video what a great day to ride the snow was pretty packed makes for easy tracking and steering.

Hey Gunny! Do you have more snow this year than normal? Looks to be no shortage of the white stuff...roughly how deep would it be now? Do you know if there is any gold up there? Do you ever do any prospecting in the summer? Looking straight up was a neat camera shot as you went by those tall pine trees. There wasn't a cloud in the sky! Thanks for taking us along.

They say we're above normal right now in the amount of snow we have ... HOWEVER ... back in 2008 when I first got tracks & 2009-2010, those drifts were a heck of lot taller & the snow a lot deeper ... but, we're doing pretty dang good right now and more snow is on the way ... WOO HOO!! Looking at the snow depth around some of the tree wells, I'd say the snow is between 8 & 12 ft deep right now. Not sure about any gold. And in the non-snowy months, this area is mostly all private ground, so I wouldn't be able to do any prospecting anyways.
