Perhaps the greatest problem is structures that don't provide accountability for person at the top. As long as this trend is continued in the Body of Christ, leaders will keep living in serious sin for decades without being confronted. Everyone needs accountability. The more you are in leadership, the more you need to be personally accountable to Godly people. This structure of one leader at the top, surrounded by only yes men, that must go. Mutual accountability is a must.
