    It's amazing how he translate those signs so fast in to sound. And he even deliver emotions! Actually feels like hearing Troy's own voice. just WOW

    Youn Yuh-Jung was absolutely adorable. Troy Kotsur was absolutely deserved. And I love how the camera panned over to Marlee Matlin, who was probably beaming and absolutely excited that she no longer is the only deaf performer to ever win an Oscar.

    Generally people don't understand disabled people's lives well. Yoon is a so kind person. Maybe, other award presenters could not think using sign language when they announce a winner.

      Yoon is Korean and her Oscar journey was broadcast on a korean program. There, she was looking for sign language and practicing in hopes that Troy of the Coda would be awarded.

    The most beautiful moment in this year's Oscar, I literally teared up during his speech. Kudos to the interpreter also, he not only interprets Troy's speech, but also delivers his emotions. Congratulations!

    Yoon is just standing there, admiring Troy. LOL. so cute, altho she could've stand to the side, but she probably didnt realized being ushered. Troy deserves it so much, the speech was amazing, i actually teared up. Congratulation!

      @@phlanna1 yeah...i know too..because i watch Youns unexpected journey, and was able to understand what meaning the action she did, she also said that she moved spontaneously so that troy was freely to deliver his speech , because YJ knows sign language must use two hands and your whole body to express what you want to convey.

    Love that supportive environment where most people respected the sign language. Mrs Yoon looks at Troy like shes really thinking from his perspective and she's truly happy for him.

      Korean reality show followed her during Oscar, and actually she thought and wished that Troy take this award, and one day before oscar night, she practiced sign language congratulations and love you and from deep in my heart.

    I love Yoon…so humble. Troy’s wife (Deanne Bray) was the star of Sue Thomas, F.B.Eye…where she played a deaf FBI agent. He guest starred in a few episodes. Congratulations Troy!

      @@thomasgibbs995 speaking from my interactions, they can understand more than you may think. One time someone called me on the phone. I panicked at first then realized it was just to communicate with me regardless of how much he can hear my voice or read my lips.
      You could walk side by side and make a conversation. (Just light up your face with a phone light when in the dark so they can read your lips and face.) There are many other elements in human communication that enables us all to interact with everyone else.

Her genuineness has more depth than being adorable. I am inspired by her grace and heart for others especially after all hardship she went through. I wish I could be like her in my later life.
