The biggest failures in this movie, are Femi's parents. Look at what they turned their son into, an indecisive, spineless, and directionless wuss, who can't even stand on his own.
And Femi, I know your parents (especially your dad) thought of, and treated you like an accessory, but you have to take responsibility for your own happiness. You're not obligated to sacrifice your life and happiness for your parents.
Lamide!!!!! Girl, where do i even start! Clamouring to marry a man who can't even stand up to his parents, is an invitation to injury; you're reserving misery for yourself, because he'll never put you first. And why leave a perfectly good man that loves you, for one that doesn't even know what he wants, let alone you. You can't help how you feel about someone, but you can help what you do about it. My dear, eat some brain healthy food to supplement your IQ.
Ah Wami! Your only mistake was getting into an arranged marriage, and with a reluctant groom no less.
Personally, I don't think Femi deserved a second chance, but I know feelings are complicated, and there was a child in the mix, so needs must I guess.
Lamide's mother is another specie of irresponsible parent, so Lamide, remember to replenish your brain, no help can come from your mother.
In all, it was a great movie. The script is incredibly realistic, and the acting is impeccable. Human beings lack a lot of things, but flaws aren't among them.

I loved the movie, but my heart broke for my girl Bimbo, and although it was not the wife fault and I felt bad for her too! But that not being chosen because of his family broke her more than she could have ever expressed to him! Despite, love make you do crazy things…………smh
