I love the fact that this pic got so many weapons right. The sabers? Correct. the Pistols? Damn, correct. Britain ordered thousands of M1911 pistols in .455 Webley Auto. The rifles? Yup, still correct, although more esoterically. The Winchester M1895 was indeed sold to the British during WWI, although very few saw actual frontline action. Imperial Russia used them WAY more, but still, there was definitely some Brit somewhere using one.
I love it when artists get the details right. Makes their work that much cooler :D

Lugers hit harder then M1911's (assuming thats what that pistol is, in the left guy's hand), but from that range there would barely be a difference in that unless you hit the absolute top of the forehead in which case the Luger has more killing potential- the M1911 would probably have the bullet curve around the skull from the inside and might not kill instantly but it would most likely still not be survivable in a war scenario.

My suggestion:'Same blood,different sides' or 'world in ashes' or 'smoking trail.
So the story of the anime is that they are sisters who got separated at birth but they didn't know,so WW1 happened and they saw each other as enemies but they somehow know each other and they don't kill each other.

nope, thats the "Reichskriegsflagge" (literally translated: Empire War Flag) used by the nazis
K NOW, it actually was not used by Germany when the Nazis were in power. The Reichskreigsflagge used here is the one used during the time of the Second Reich. Nazism was not around till after World War I, and when Hitler came to power they had a different war flag.
