Normal plant per 3-4 years bad fruits aate hai. Isliye nursery me inhe grafted plans banaya jata hai. Taki small plant me fruits aa Jaye.
You can make pakode or flowers and saag of leaves from both the plant in your garden.

Pumpkin, corgette etc flowers are usually cleaned of the stamens etc and then deep fried in besan rice flour batter as pakodas. This is common in Bengal, Odissa or North Eastern states of India. But, in Italy too these are batter fried in cornflour batter as fritters ..Have eaten them in Venice, Rome and many other Italian cities. Widely available in Supermarkets there
