What a joyous episode Marie thank you so much. I really enjoyed seeing all of your beautiful FOs and it just made my heart smile to hear about your 10-year-old granddaughter and her sock knitting! I could get behind the whole one sock/mismatched DK sock way of life! And lastly, your mom‘s button tin is an absolute treasure trove wow! My sister Wendy has our moms. I would like to go out to her place and dig through it one of these days. ❤ Hope you’re staying cool.

Love the button box. My grandma used to have one. I didn't end up with it, but I do have a tiny little square container that is so old and delicate now filled with teeny tiny little buttons. I love just looking at it.
There's something so comforting about the button box!
Hi Marie, I just loved seeing your button box! So many memories stored in there. I just recently organized my button jars by sorting them and putting them in small plastic divided craft containers. I had 4 big mason jars full and every time I needed buttons I had to dump them all out & search for matching ones. They are tiny works of art & so much fun to look at. I am finishing a second Sommerknus using Berroco Remix Light and will probably cast on the Seahaven next. Yours is so pretty. Thanks for sharing & happy knitting.

That Romance cardie is so pretty. I’d question if I’d ever wear it open and possibly stitch the button band closed with those pretty buttons on it. I’ve added Sea Haven to my Ravelry list. Pretty window boxes and hubby is looking so well. 😊
