With epic mud tracks, absolute untouched mountainside, and wild and rugged beaches that give the east coast of Cape York a run for its money, Tasmania’s final frontier does not disappoint.
Spectacular campsites, pristine lakes and some of the steepest hill climbs you’ll find anywhere are just the beginning. As we dig deeper into the hidden hotspots of Tassie’s west coast, we discover more and more why those who’ve been there can’t stay away.

Thanks guys, this channel got me into 4wdriving. Now Im taking my old boy out to the beach some weekends. He's been through some shit, its great to get away and have some fun.
I reckon next you guys should get a duel cab . 2” body lift with a 2” lift on the Suspension, run 33” mud tires with all the gear it’s going to need to go around Australia 2 times .. 2 good winches 1 on the front and 1 on the back , x3 battery set up , snorkel , rock sliders , a good set of recovery points front and back , front and rear differential lockers , a good bull bar with side scrub bars , a good heavy duty tow system , and must be a turbo Diesel with some Cubic inches under the bonnet..

I love taking my mountain bike up tracks like this one and then sending it big time to the bottom, "Wicked fun". Especially on a 29er downhill or mountain bike. Spend the first day on the climb camp for the night then the ride down the next day is so worth the grueling climb!

I wish to visit Australia and Tasmania at least once in my life. Such beautiful landscape. Recently picked up a Zuk that I plan on working on and upgrading as a hobby. Maybe I'll one day see you boys on the trails!

My dad was on holidays in Tasmania in 1978 during those Franklin River Dam protests. He got involved. My mum wasn't impressed, thought he was gonna get arrested haha.

I gotta say, if I would have seen that Dmax before ever watching one of these videos, I would have laughed at the little truck trying to be a Jeep with that snorkel. Well...shit. I was dead wrong and have since really, really developed some serious respect for that truck and have to admit, us Americans can learn so much from our down under brothers!
