Cooking is Fire Beef Short Rib

you will need
2 carrots
2 onion
3 stacks celery
300ml red wine
3-4oz tomato paste
4 cloves garlic
rosemary
4 large pieces of short rib
900ml beef stock
4tbsp oil
1-2oz butter
salt and pepper to taste
for the potatoes I used
3 russet potatoes
1 cup milk
3oz butter
2-3oz cream cheese
salt and pepper to taste
