I LOVE Glenn. Dude brings the Jets an IDENTITY. If you watched lasts nights game, you saw that the Lions were just the tougher team. Man, how many times have you wished that were true of the Jets. There’s something to be said for someone who believes in the Jets, who down deep considers himself a Jet. I’m insanely (unsanely) committed to this freakin team, so yeah, I’d like a coach who feels the same
Glenn is the guy. Former Jet, Parcells/Payton tree and seems well liked and respected around the league. Feel like he will relate well to players while demanding the most out of them. Everyone seems so scared off by "first time" head coaches despite there being a long list of successful ones. See Matt Lafleur, Kyle Shanahan, Mike Tomlin, John Harbaugh, Sean McVay, Kevin O'Connell, Sean McDermott and Dan Campbell all "first-timers". Also mixture of offensive/defensive/CEO success stories. This hire is about finding the right singular guy to lead us so please tell me why it can't be Aaron Glenn.
Hey meant to ask: what were your thoughts on Carter Warren & Max Mitchell vs MIA? I think with a proper OL coach we may have some long term depth here. Maybe a starting RT at some point?
Like Glenn, but, he has no HC experience. Right now Aaron Glenn is a talented DC. The last Jets coach was a very good DC. He couldn't figure out how to be the HC. That is the problem I have with Glenn. Can he be another Parcells?
Not directly related to this, but you said in your prior video you liked Flores? Can you tell me why, I mean maybe he has something that I'm not seeing. He's a Fins retread with a losing record and never made the playoffs, his offenses were ranked 25th, 15th, and 22nd (Mike McD was 11th his first year he got Hill, but that's not going to instantly take you from a bottom 3rd team to a top 3rd team). He's the Vikings DC this year and they have the 16th ranked D in the NFL and last year before it got there they had the 16th ranked D in the NFL...so I mean 16th is pretty mid and it was exactly the same before he got there. He didn't really improve Pitt either last year they had a good D before he got there, so I just don't get the appeal? I get he's a hot name because you look at the Vikings doing good, but I'm not sure if you look at him individually he's anything special or someone you'd want to coach your team.
REX! Period.

I support Aaron Glenn being the next coach

Rex Ryan, who took the Jets to back 2 back AFC championships, was also a DC with no head coaching experience prior to hiring by the Jets.
I’m already considering Vrabel to be a patriot, so I’m looking towards Rex, Gruden, and Glenn.
Imagine how sad it is that an offensive coordinator doesn’t even want to interview for our head coach position

Does not make a difference who they hire, no quarterback, defense is not good, will be just 4 win or less season next year and beyond.
