It can go to that timing, but for me when am doing the relaxer, to ensure that my client hair is not overprocessed, 5 mins is the longest i go. Because even in the video, her hair is still straight at the end result.
Nice video but I honestly always feel there a lot more to look at, esp from an artist prospective I. Hair that's naturally textured. To me, natural is more beautiful and versatile. Straight means no texture and lacking unique quality. Well straight just means you look like everyone else unless your bald.

She can't look like everyone else because there is only one her. If you want to make that point, one could say natural is now on trend so you look like everyone else. We all have the right to do what we want with our hair. Quit creating division in the black community! Respect the right to choose.

It depends on the texture of your hair, if you have fine texture you can let it sit for 3 mins, if you have course texture then 5 mins is ok
