I had watch 90's version of Berserk on internet last year and it was so good 😭😭 I never read that manga before but i had been hooked for this series for too long 😩 But at least i had read it on online scans 😅 I really love an dark fantasy manga 😩👌 So sad that the author had passed away on 6 May 2021even though the announcement was on the middle of May 2021 which is on 2 months ago 😢 So far today the manga series that i remember that it got cancelled is the manga version of The Misfit Of Demon King Academy (not the light novel version) It had been canceled after volume 4 because the manga artist on that one which is Haruka Kaya Sensei had an pancreactic cancer 😢 and i don't know if that person is an male or female mangaka artist or an collaboration name because i feel so confused about that name 😅 But that person had been passed away on 6 July before they make an annoucement of that manga would be on hiatus for a while on 7 July 2021 so he or she or one of them would be focusing his or her health on fighting that disease and that person had an pancreatic cancer since September 2019 😔 I know the announcement of a person for example for an mangaka or everyone else who has been passed away would be announced after a few days after mouring that person's death just like it happens for Berserk and everything else 😭😭 Even though the manga series or every single light novel series that had still on hiatus or incomplete/unfinished,i would still enjoyed reading it until where the story lefts off 😊 But for finished series or ongoing series,i also will enjoyed reading it as well 😂😂
Just got around to picking up the last couple of Deluxes and just finished up the Golden Age Arc and its what everyone says about it, amazing! Top 5 of anything I've ever read
The Eclipse and Golden Age are the 2 greatest stories I've read that ending is just soooo unexpected really flips expectations and sets up how the world ends up a total hell hole. Dragons Dogma is a game that's heavily based on Berserk so I definitely recommend checking it out if you haven't
