How to maximise nezhas slideyness: 1: Tap, not hold crouch. Tapping it gives the slide velocity you need . 2: When you do slide, youll be travelling in the inputted direction until you lose the slides momentum. To cancel the momentum (to, say change direction) you can jump, roll or use your 1. Using your 1 makes nezha hop which cancels the slide momentum and is the best tool for making sudden sharp turns for going around corners and traversing tiles. Id say this is the main use for his 1 other than the random fire CC.

If you want the ability to butt-scoot and want more power strength, invest into Power Drift on the Exilus slot. It gives the exact same amount of power strength as Controlled Slide and does not remove his passive. Maglev on Nezha can be a bit much and some may not enjoy the experience of getting stuck on every surface they come into close proximity with, because we all know how clingy some of DE's map geometry can get...

Equilibrium, health conversion and synth fiber for companions is a must for Nezha. Since he drops a ton of orbs, u get unlimited energy with equilibrium and a ton of armor with health conversion making his halo huge. Synth fiber so that u can pick health orb while being full hp

Nezha is my absolute favorite frame for two reasons: -Fast -Allows my guns to hurt more Going fast and using guns are the two things I have the most fun with in Warframe, so I'm glad that Nezha exists to fit my playstyle perfectly. Also, I'm one of those people that did double umbral forma so I could use all three mods maxed.
You are very likely aware of this, but with the changes made brought by Veilbreaker, Maglev can now be replaced by Streamlined Form for EXACTLY the same buff, but 2 less drain.
the 2-4 synergy is an entirely different build. you've got blazing chakram augment, range, that build is trying to be a lot more balanced, and on defense/interception/Mobile Def, yea that combo pretty good. but for survival and other missions that are much faster or require big boss takedown where your 2 and 4 essentially cant touch said boss, this is much more usuable.
I would suggest having another setup where you keep his 4, because in most nezha builds you'll want to dump range so it'll be pretty useless, i kept it on my c loadout and maxed range on that
His 1 is pretty great too though. Speed is pretty underrated in Warframe given how much traversal you do, doubly so on Nezha when you use Maglev (easy to go faster than bullet jump), plus you get status immunity, your allies can cleanse status, and you get a hilarious amount of free CC from the fire. I don't actually think any of his abilities are really worth replacing with Helminth. Just like the video says, Roar is...not actually ever really necessary.
I still do well Steel Path with no changes to any his abilities. I rarely use the 4, only when I'm completely surrounded, gives me a moment to breathe 🤣😂 useful to pin up enemies, then focus on the Acolytes 👍🏾
From what Ive read, adaptation only affects your hp/shield, not the warding halo. Which is ok cuz when the warding halo breaks, youre full of resist stacks.
Equilibrium on nezha with synth fibers on your companion. Synth fibers allows you to pick up health orbs at full health turning chakram into an energy Regen aswell as a damage boost and chakram is pretty cheap to cast

Dont even need that anymore, now all eximus are guaranteed to drop 2 health orbs, that means you're constantly getting 50 health and 25 energy as long as you keep the kpm.

I love Nezha! I played him as my main for sooooooo long. I got curious, though, about why Wukong is played by so many people according to the stats, and I started playing Wukong and he kinda won me over. I use Nezha's fire walker on Wukong as the Helminth ability because it can make him even faster--but maybe it feels a lil bit like I have Nezha with me, too ;)
The only thing i honestly changed about this build was adding pillage for the armor strip and going all out on strength since i have the reaping chakram augment
just saying Breach Surge's damage vulnerability also stacks with surging chakram, and its better to replace his 1 than his 4 because of the AOE stun + impaled enemies create another chakram when hit.
Compared to Wukong, Nezha isn't quite as mobile. However, the better survivability, higher damage output (even without Roar), and better CC (his 4), not to mention his ability to create energy and health orbs with his 2, makes him the overall superior Warframe of the two. As Wukong Prime gets vaulted, I wouldn't be surprised to see Nezha's usage statistics tick up and Wukong's go down.
Nezha has built-in stagger/knockdown immunity from his kit. Wukong relies on shieldgating & active recasting of his 2 & 3 to stay alive against high level enemies. While using his 2 & 3, he is not dealing damage. It's also easy for him to get caught off-guard when not actively using his 2 & 3. By comparison, Nezhas defenses are layered (hard CC, soft CC, damage reduction, and THEN shields, health & armor), and you will (compared to Wukong) rarely run into situations where your survivability suddenly disappears.
Safeguard is so incredibly useful. Easily worth a slot. Lets you bring any companion, keep allies alive, defend objectives, etc. Adaptation+Vitality+Aegis+Fiber seems like kind of a waste of slots, even in Steel Path. And his 4 is fantastic in a ton of stuff. Incredible in interception for instance. Doesn't seem worth it to replace it with Roar when, like the video says it isn't actually needed anywhere and is just for the lulz. Also Sprint Boost is really nice as an aura. You don't really need Growing Power, and Sprint Boost+Maglev+Firewalker means you easily go faster than bullet jumping.
Really wanted to be a Mag main, but I generally go Nezha for comfort (I don't own many good weapons, arcanes or primed mods) Titania for capture relic missions or void flood and Octavia for lazy defense. Nezha is my most used frame and I don't regret feeding Rhino to the mouth in the wall. He's just better.
I feel like you can just replace umbral fiber and augur secret with blind rage and equilibrium with a pet that has a synth mod for constant health orb pick up since you 2 already force drops tons of energy and health orbs so you can just remove arcane energize for something else and you should your strength should be higher
Nice Builds. Somehow people are late to the party. Since Nezha got the Rework, it's been my main (Undying) fun Warframe. Yes, the 4th ability changed to Roar is Brilliant, and makes Nezha complete. Thanks Bro 👍
Equilibrium, reaping chakram. Press 4 to spike press 2 to mark, Zarr blast everything away and have energy for the rest of the mission. Absolutely wonderful for defense, survival, disruption, capture, rescue, exterminate, basically everything that isn't spy. Really shines on endless missions tho.
I didn't add Roar yet. Reading Chakram stays on my Build. Just added the 3rd Umbra Forma, with Trans. Fortitude, Power Drift, Aug. Secret, Adaptation, Prime Cont. And Growing Power. I know 270 Power strength is much, but it's fun. Mutalis, or Prob. Cernos are my fav Primary, and Kronos Prime. Steel Path worthy setup.
The one thing I changed in this build is precisely the energy pool mod XD. (I wrote the comment before even getting to that section of the video, like a moron). I switched out Primed Flow for a maxed Fleeting Expertise. This has enabled me to do two things things: 1. I have low costs, so I never have to worry in the slightest about casting my abilities. My duration is still tremendous (58 secs with fleeting vs. 76 secs with flow). 2. Since I now have very low energy costs on everything, I can completely remove Arcane Energize and just rely on regular energy pick-ups and Zenurik + Inner Might (or Emergence Dissipate), while using 2 offensive arcanes, like Arcane Strike and Arcane Avenger (cuz Nezha is already incredibly tanky just with his 3 + the umbral mods + adaptation + shieldgating + healing from operator arcanes, if those are equipped. I feel like Aegis is mostly warranted if you are going upwards of an hour in SP).
or you drop efficiency and slot equilibrium and flow and never have a single energy issue pronto if rocking synth fiber on companions which is already a bonus upon its self with the passive holster reload , i don’t even run positive duration as i need transient to hit 200% with the double umbral to get a beefier debuff , still lasts about 12 seconds more than enough

Gara is on a similar level of easy to survive with, just instead of having the immunity to statuses, she has the infinite damage. She DOES have a decent debuff, and a hard CC, though they take a bit longer to use.
I used this build (minus subsuming Valkyr cuz I don't have an extra) but I don't have some of the primed mods but the base ones work as well albeit a bit weaker as expected. And my Umbral mods aren't fully ranked cuz of how expensive that is for me atm. But this build has gotten me through some tough missions
DE Nerfed Emergence Dissipate because it made Zenurik not required and allowed people to use other schools.. rather than just buffing zenurik or making Dissipate not help allies. Gotta ruin what people like
Relatively new player here, all my umbral and sacrificely mods came half leveled, any way to possibly get extras or do I just eat the forma cost? Edit: oops you mentioned that.
You can also run equilibrium since his 2 drops so many health orbs. Synth fiber on ur pet lets you pick up health at full hp so all health orbs are energy orbs
A better example of the modern form of "press button don't die" is revenant honestly. Mesmer skin doesn't give a shit about how high enemies scale and you have shield gating as a backup along with being able to easily fit rolling guard should you ever need.
Nezha used to be my favourite frame but then I got myself Revenant, I feel like mesmer skin is better than warding halo and while nezha has the damage buff on blazing chakram, revenant can just straight up oneshot anything with 1+3
Big mistake on the umbral configuration. Warding halos pool is directly reflected by armor and ability strength. You're better off to have a unranked vitality and a max ranked fiber and the base warding halo value would be tripled. Blazing chakrum on a single squad can restore most of your energy pool, negating energize. Adaptation reduces dmg before warding halo multiplies its value to it pool, don't recommend.
Its maybe odd for you guys but i play him with the safeguard augment because i want so support guys that dont play typical meta frames with a aoe weapons if i see someone with a frame that lacks survivability they get a halo from me
I love nezha he was my 2nd prime and got me through 75% of the game. Is roar better then eclipse 🤔 I have one config I haven't added an ability gloom or breech surge is a blast on him
Fun? maybe, but useless in general, in my opinion (because i did use mainly wukong before nezha) it’s just cuz of the 2nd player button and the speedy cloud that heals pretty reliably
Brozime, I see a major flaw. The expensive build has high duration but when you switch to the cheap build the duration goes from 254% to 74%. Is that intentional because Nezha LOVES duration for his fire walker and with roar even more so.
@@underatededm93 Your missing the point, the cheap build goes totally opposite of the expensive build ie the expensive build will keep fire walker up for 60 plus seconds but the cheap build fire walker is only 15 or so, that will also goes for roar.
@@MaddawgTL I think the point of the build is mainly to keep newer players alive which is more important than keeping your 1 up. He went for a more all purpose build with it choosing to mod for range so his 4 can be more useful. If you want more duration on it remove augur reach, put a maxed fleeting, remove streamline, then slot in continuity and either constitution or a lower ranked narrow minded.

One is high duration for roar while the other is low duration and hobbles roar. If no, why did Brozime put it in here since he was talking about a Nezha with roar? @@MaddawgTL I would say no the 2 are not aimed at roar at all. He has no arcanes on the build and is using energy siphon. Clearly aimed at players who do not have zenurik ranked up nor have any arcanes. Why they would have access to helminth for roar and not zenurik or at least a couple arcanes is beyond me. Not to mention they wouldn't want to waste resources on helminth for a non-prime nezha. I think he just wanted to include a nezha setup for newer players because the last time he did a nezha build video was 2018.
Great video, never thought about using roar because it's weaker unless I have a very high strength, but at least I know how to now :p However, the most useful stuff I got from this video is that I should bind crouch to left alt lol
I'd still rather use Revenant. His entire build is strength and duration so the buff is stronger and he scales better (not that you really need it but still)
I mean unfortunately revenant doesnt really have anything besides mesmer skin. Is the movement from his 3 nice? Yes. Does it or any other peices of his kit do anything super meaningful (especially on SP?) Not really. I love revenants design but...I wish he didnt come out the way he did.

I'm from the camp of people that think that slide thing of his is fucking annoying, and that debuff he has I'd basically never use. @@DuduCosmin I mean, fair if you dont like the slide/dont wanna know how to easily control it, but the fire passive is nice CC and divine spears helps. Nezhas 2 is also a teleport AND a damaging ability, regardless of the debuff. And with its augment, can generate energy for the whole squad. The fact that nezhas ring also lets you place it on others + defence objectives with Safeguard which lasts way longer than the single charge rev can give to allies, and that it doesnt BLOCK all damage lets it trigger on damaged arcanes like Avenger and Aegis. So theres just alot more options you can do with nezha I find, that you cant do with rev. Rev will still be best frame for index point gathering though.
@@ZachariusStorkanus For me most of that only holds water when viewed in a vacuum. In my experience as far as mobility is concerned there's about 3 types of speed needed, regular sprint speed for regular actions, operator dashing, and things even above that like Titania. There's not a lot of situation where his mobility is actually useful. Then if your allies need help staying alive, they are rarely worth keeping alive. That usually means they are just bad and hence useless. For objectives, yes, but when does that actually come into play? In excavation for example, it's useful there. But why would you use Nezha in excavation? Use a Gara, she also has the DR in her kit and More. Also, with the arcanes you mentioned, Rev still takes damage with his 2 up, he just doesn't die. Those still proc. That's all just a bunch of theory that falls flat in practice. Because in any situation I need something better than a Revenant, I'm not gonna use a Nezha, he's not good enough
@@DuduCosmin I mean, i respectfully disagree considering with gara, her splinterstorm augment only lasts a duration with horrible UI and UX that doesnt tell you when a shield fades on who. Nezhas shields are much stronger and, you forget the constant fire from his 1 also helps passively CC enemies, letting them pile up into groups along certain lines you need. Additionally, when you understand how nezhas slide works and you can properly use your 1 in tandem with it, you can go much faster than sprinting without sacraficing manueverability. Your "slide" becomes a fast sprint. In tight corridoors, operator dash is alot slower and can often get stuck on things. If you are on a europa exterminate, you could operator dash through the enemies and leave them to your allies, you could sprint slowly through them and clean them up or you could tap crouch and be able to drive by them without losing speed. Nezhas advantage is the lack of needing to upkeep his abilities. You dont have to have a constant eye on how many mesmer skin charges you have. You dont need to keep a constant eye on how long your splinter storm lasts on your allies. You dont need to do anything. You can set and forget, if you or an allies shield bursts, its easy to tell with the UI and clear sounds, and the invincibility just lets you recast easy. And again, nezha can be built in so many different ways, including dealing with liches (especially since revenants reave cheese no longer works on them). Rev had a few uses to begin with and over time (via index not being as useful for creds and nerfs to what his abilities affect) his few niches have been stripped from him, which I think is a shame.
Doesn't armour increase warding halo's DR? If so wouldnt it be better to drop umbral vitality and use max umbral fibre? I also thought negative efficiency is fine as using Nezha's 2 drops heaps of energy.
Armor increases warding Halo's value just like it does for Iron Skin and Globe, but also like them the value increases from enemy damage during the first few seconds of casting.
Nezha has only one problem in that some stuff can bypass warding halo, the mod Equilibrium patches its and just makes him a tank. The Kengineer has a build that I have been using and it works nicely but will have to try Brozime's also :)

Its not worth it. Armor scaling is a waste of time, a big halo isnt better as you wont get saved by his s, and equilibrium is unnecessary.

Enemies hit with Blazing Chakram have a 100% chance to drop a health orb when killed. Don't need rejuvenation.

By comparison, Nezhas defenses are layered (hard CC, soft CC, damage reduction, and THEN shields, health & armor), and you will (compared to Wukong) rarely run into situations where your survivability suddenly disappears.
I'd argue maybe maglev could be dropped for a maxed out umbral fiber, if some one felt that was needed or didn't like the movespeed on nezhq
Safeguard is so incredibly useful. Easily worth a slot. Lets you bring any companion, keep allies alive, defend objectives, etc.
Adaptation+Vitality+Aegis+Fiber seems like kind of a waste of slots, even in Steel Path.
And his 4 is fantastic in a ton of stuff. Incredible in interception for instance. Doesn't seem worth it to replace it with Roar when, like the video says it isn't actually needed anywhere and is just for the lulz.
Also Sprint Boost is really nice as an aura. You don't really need Growing Power, and Sprint Boost+Maglev+Firewalker means you easily go faster than bullet jumping.

I think I’d still place Zephyr above Nezha due to flexibility, but Nezha is really solid.
Base nezha is the first frame I infused with potato. I really liked him ever since I got him.
Really wanted to be a Mag main, but I generally go Nezha for comfort (I don't own many good weapons, arcanes or primed mods) Titania for capture relic missions or void flood and Octavia for lazy defense. Nezha is my most used frame and I don't regret feeding Rhino to the mouth in the wall. He's just better.

I feel like you can just replace umbral fiber and augur secret with blind rage and equilibrium with a pet that has a synth mod for constant health orb pick up since you 2 already force drops tons of energy and health orbs so you can just remove arcane energize for something else and you should your strength should be higher

Equilibrium, reaping chakram. Press 4 to spike press 2 to mark, Zarr blast everything away and have energy for the rest of the mission. Absolutely wonderful for defense, survival, disruption, capture, rescue, exterminate, basically everything that isn't spy. Really shines on endless missions tho.
I didn't add Roar yet. Reading Chakram stays on my Build. Just added the 3rd Umbra Forma, with Trans. Fortitude, Power Drift, Aug. Secret, Adaptation, Prime Cont. And Growing Power. I know 270 Power strength is much, but it's fun. Mutalis, or Prob. Cernos are my fav Primary, and Kronos Prime. Steel Path worthy setup.
The one thing I changed in this build is precisely the energy pool mod XD. (I wrote the comment before even getting to that section of the video, like a moron). I switched out Primed Flow for a maxed Fleeting Expertise. This has enabled me to do two things things:
1. I have low costs, so I never have to worry in the slightest about casting my abilities. My duration is still tremendous (58 secs with fleeting vs. 76 secs with flow).
2. Since I now have very low energy costs on everything, I can completely remove Arcane Energize and just rely on regular energy pick-ups and Zenurik + Inner Might (or Emergence Dissipate), while using 2 offensive arcanes, like Arcane Strike and Arcane Avenger (cuz Nezha is already incredibly tanky just with his 3 + the umbral mods + adaptation + shieldgating + healing from operator arcanes, if those are equipped. I feel like Aegis is mostly warranted if you are going upwards of an hour in SP).
i used both fleeting and flow and they both have there advantages i do lean more on the fleeting side
or you drop efficiency and slot equilibrium and flow and never have a single energy issue pronto if rocking synth fiber on companions which is already a bonus upon its self with the passive holster reload , i don’t even run positive duration as i need transient to hit 200% with the double umbral to get a beefier debuff , still lasts about 12 seconds more than enough

Gara is on a similar level of easy to survive with, just instead of having the immunity to statuses, she has the infinite damage. She DOES have a decent debuff, and a hard CC, though they take a bit longer to use.

I used this build (minus subsuming Valkyr cuz I don't have an extra) but I don't have some of the primed mods but the base ones work as well albeit a bit weaker as expected. And my Umbral mods aren't fully ranked cuz of how expensive that is for me atm. But this build has gotten me through some tough missions
I still prefer swapping his 1 for breach surge. MASSIVE debuffs to enemies

DE Nerfed Emergence Dissipate because it made Zenurik not required and allowed people to use other schools.. rather than just buffing zenurik or making Dissipate not help allies. Gotta ruin what people like

You can also run equilibrium since his 2 drops so many health orbs. Synth fiber on ur pet lets you pick up health at full hp so all health orbs are energy orbs
I like using streamlined form over maglev for the extra holster speed.
A better example of the modern form of "press button don't die" is revenant honestly. Mesmer skin doesn't give a shit about how high enemies scale and you have shield gating as a backup along with being able to easily fit rolling guard should you ever need.
Nezha used to be my favourite frame but then I got myself Revenant, I feel like mesmer skin is better than warding halo and while nezha has the damage buff on blazing chakram, revenant can just straight up oneshot anything with 1+3

Big mistake on the umbral configuration. Warding halos pool is directly reflected by armor and ability strength. You're better off to have a unranked vitality and a max ranked fiber and the base warding halo value would be tripled.
Blazing chakrum on a single squad can restore most of your energy pool, negating energize.
Adaptation reduces dmg before warding halo multiplies its value to it pool, don't recommend.
I can't live without Equilibrium on Nezha.
Its maybe odd for you guys but i play him with the safeguard augment because i want so support guys that dont play typical meta frames with a aoe weapons if i see someone with a frame that lacks survivability they get a halo from me

Brozime, I see a major flaw. The expensive build has high duration but when you switch to the cheap build the duration goes from 254% to 74%. Is that intentional because Nezha LOVES duration for his fire walker and with roar even more so.
the budget builds are without helmith it’s just to keep your 3 up and use your 4 when needed
@@underatededm93 Your missing the point, the cheap build goes totally opposite of the expensive build ie the expensive build will keep fire walker up for 60 plus seconds but the cheap build fire walker is only 15 or so, that will also goes for roar.
@@MaddawgTL I think the point of the build is mainly to keep newer players alive which is more important than keeping your 1 up. He went for a more all purpose build with it choosing to mod for range so his 4 can be more useful. If you want more duration on it remove augur reach, put a maxed fleeting, remove streamline, then slot in continuity and either constitution or a lower ranked narrow minded.

@@MaddawgTL I would say no the 2 are not aimed at roar at all. He has no arcanes on the build and is using energy siphon. Clearly aimed at players who do not have zenurik ranked up nor have any arcanes. Why they would have access to helminth for roar and not zenurik or at least a couple arcanes is beyond me. Not to mention they wouldn't want to waste resources on helminth for a non-prime nezha. I think he just wanted to include a nezha setup for newer players because the last time he did a nezha build video was 2018.

I mean unfortunately revenant doesnt really have anything besides mesmer skin. Is the movement from his 3 nice? Yes. Does it or any other peices of his kit do anything super meaningful (especially on SP?) Not really.
I love revenants design but...I wish he didnt come out the way he did.

I'm from the camp of people that think that slide thing of his is fucking annoying, and that debuff he has I'd basically never use.
I rarely even use the roar I put on revenant, so I very much doubt I'd ever use something I have to cast on enemies
@@DuduCosmin I mean, fair if you dont like the slide/dont wanna know how to easily control it, but the fire passive is nice CC and divine spears helps. Nezhas 2 is also a teleport AND a damaging ability, regardless of the debuff. And with its augment, can generate energy for the whole squad.
The fact that nezhas ring also lets you place it on others + defence objectives with Safeguard which lasts way longer than the single charge rev can give to allies, and that it doesnt BLOCK all damage lets it trigger on damaged arcanes like Avenger and Aegis.
So theres just alot more options you can do with nezha I find, that you cant do with rev.
Rev will still be best frame for index point gathering though.

In my experience as far as mobility is concerned there's about 3 types of speed needed, regular sprint speed for regular actions, operator dashing, and things even above that like Titania. There's not a lot of situation where his mobility is actually useful.
Then if your allies need help staying alive, they are rarely worth keeping alive. That usually means they are just bad and hence useless.
For objectives, yes, but when does that actually come into play?
In excavation for example, it's useful there. But why would you use Nezha in excavation? Use a Gara, she also has the DR in her kit and More.
Also, with the arcanes you mentioned, Rev still takes damage with his 2 up, he just doesn't die. Those still proc.
That's all just a bunch of theory that falls flat in practice. Because in any situation I need something better than a Revenant, I'm not gonna use a Nezha, he's not good enough
@@DuduCosmin I mean, i respectfully disagree considering with gara, her splinterstorm augment only lasts a duration with horrible UI and UX that doesnt tell you when a shield fades on who. Nezhas shields are much stronger and, you forget the constant fire from his 1 also helps passively CC enemies, letting them pile up into groups along certain lines you need.
Additionally, when you understand how nezhas slide works and you can properly use your 1 in tandem with it, you can go much faster than sprinting without sacraficing manueverability. Your "slide" becomes a fast sprint. In tight corridoors, operator dash is alot slower and can often get stuck on things. If you are on a europa exterminate, you could operator dash through the enemies and leave them to your allies, you could sprint slowly through them and clean them up or you could tap crouch and be able to drive by them without losing speed.
Nezhas advantage is the lack of needing to upkeep his abilities. You dont have to have a constant eye on how many mesmer skin charges you have. You dont need to keep a constant eye on how long your splinter storm lasts on your allies. You dont need to do anything. You can set and forget, if you or an allies shield bursts, its easy to tell with the UI and clear sounds, and the invincibility just lets you recast easy.
And again, nezha can be built in so many different ways, including dealing with liches (especially since revenants reave cheese no longer works on them). Rev had a few uses to begin with and over time (via index not being as useful for creds and nerfs to what his abilities affect) his few niches have been stripped from him, which I think is a shame.

Umbral fiber seems unessacery. Just run transient fortitude, 1k hp is good enough and you still have 200%+ duration.
Why not eciplse? Multipliers are higher and with fire it can be always be on light mode

Armor increases warding Halo's value just like it does for Iron Skin and Globe, but also like them the value increases from enemy damage during the first few seconds of casting.

Nezha has only one problem in that some stuff can bypass warding halo, the mod Equilibrium patches its and just makes him a tank. The Kengineer has a build that I have been using and it works nicely but will have to try Brozime's also :)
