I stayed at the same hotel last year when I rode up to Hatyai also, 11 hours from gp Petronas to the hotel
buri sriphu hotel and convention centre, the pool was just nice for a soak after a long ride

Saya kalau pergi Thailand, saya roaming je sebab unlimited data sehari. Malas nak beli SIM card baru. Disebabkan saya pakai Maxis, saya roaming AIS. Maxis, Singtel dan AIS satu member Bridge Alliance. DTAC ni Telenor punya, Celcomdigi pun Telenor.
Ah. Kalau plan Singapore, agak mahal sikit. Lebih baik beli sim dari Siam terus

Can please share what documents required to cross to Thailand by bike?
Log card, can obtained from OneMotoring. If bike belongs to someone or company, need to draft letter of authorizition.
Thai insurance, TM 2 & TM 3. All these can be arranged at the Thai insurance kiosks.

@@danielblitz to clarify, TM2 & TM3 can print from Thai Immigrations website or fill up at the border itself.
But these insurance kiosks also provide such services for a small fee.
