Thank you for the info! I seem to be having a problem with some of my oil brushes, however: On curved strokes they lay down paint in a very angular way, like sudden changes in degrees instead of smooth arcs. It looks extremely mechanical and destroys the aesthetic qualities of my pieces. Is there a setting I need to change?

Is it possible to draw with oil in volumetric technique in this program?

I saw a claim that Painter 2022 runs natively on MAC M1 native now .. and yet .. still no benchmarks. Since Painter 2021 runs terribly on M1 (rosetta is a terrible solution for graphics) I've got little to no faith in this claim that brushes run '4.7' times faster now. SHOW ME.
