      This video was spot on including the breakdown of masculinity. Do you mind doing a video on James St. Patrick's masculinity abd his traits.

    Who in the works create these labels about one’s masculinity? I don’t remember being thought this nor was I told any of this at birth. Men stop following and supporting these labels by throwing it around like it’s actually real.

    Great video. I hate to see Jerome losing his light.
    I have to disagree about the toxic masculinity part.
    Most of the traits that people label less toxic masculinity are actually more feminine in nature and driven by emotion.
    Why do we never hear the term toxic femininity?
    I feel the term deep narcissist is more appropriate.
    True masculinity cannot be toxic.
    Why is nobody saying Louie is “Toxic Feminine”?

      @@andysawyer647 toxicity is toxicity. It doesn’t need a gender. The traits people call toxic masculinity or toxic femininity are more deep narcissistic traits than gender descriptions.

    I love unc but this video ignores his biggest weakness which was Louie almost every major mistake could have been avoided without her and Jerome was to blinded by his love for her not to see that she put all of them in danger many times for nothing more than pride and ego she was a gaslighting narcissist and ultimately led to his downfall.

    - Four of the seven vows a night takes in the ASOIAF series, and I think they describe Jerome to a T. (I don't think ever learn the other three - Crone, Smith and Stranger.)
    I think the reason that we saw Jerome beat Black Dallas to death (a terrible scene to watch) was to show just how far he'd fallen from his true self. Great video!

    • @chico9805
      @chico9805 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@andysawyer647 It's not intellectualism, it's ignorance. I somewhat agree with his analysis, but his terms were all wrong. The bad examples he gave weren't toxic masculinity, but rather feminised masculinity. I guess you can say those are synonymous, but that isn't the implication of "toxic".
      The term toxic masculinity should not be used, as its a feminist brow-beater, which attacks actual masculinity. Impulsiveness, over-agressiveness, lack of healthy emotional control are all feminine traits, applied to men.

      @@chico9805 wdym. Aren't men the majority of people who beat and murder - the over aggressive ones? Isn't anger an emotion that is over exemplified by men and also glorified as violence being a "manly" trait?

    • @chico9805
      @chico9805 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@justbones8795 Women are the majority of people who cheat and lie. Does that mean feminity is cheating and lying? The same natural trait that makes women good at lying, also makes them good at being compassionate. This also goes for male violence, which allows us to protect women and kids. You need to stop getting things twisted.

    Uncle Jerome was the man no doubt however it was he himself who put himself in a bad predicament through marrying a scorned woman . And dying for a scorned women as if her life was more valuable than his own. Once I heard the term toxic masculinity I knew that the spirit of simping, pandering and coddling where alive and well through the gossip grapevine of your voice. Yes I can tell that this could very well be the words of a I love my momma hate my daddy @$$ goofy. If there's any such thing as masculinity being toxic it's a mark like you sending men sugar coated messages on how they should feel shamed for their very own nature. However I am aware of 3 types of men. One is raised by his father. the 2nd is raised by their mother and 3rd not raised at all and by the way it sounds your probably any except the first.
