Cuál es tu equipo de trabajo? (Ordenador)
Yo considero tener buena RAM, procesador, y hasta m.2 ssd y en el AE con activar la cámara 3d se me alenta todo.

El equipo es super importante. La RAM 16GB Arriba.
Cuando Ae tiene problemas en el momento de previsualizar y los vídeos se ven a saltos, es porque Ae no está reproduciendo todos los fotogramas, es muy importante tener en la pestaña PREVISUALIZACIÓN los fotogramas en el los que estamos trabajando.
Por Ejemplo:
24fps Composición
24fps Veloc. Fotograma
Omitir 0
Yo, no almaceno en cache antes de reproducir, me acelera un poco el proceso a la hora de renderizar el trabajo.

half of shots are good and half are so so (I wouldn't put them into reel). Make the reel 30 second long and use only best shots you got.
