These ladies are truly something special. I'm 47 years old...and I'm not sure I've ever seen a band I was more impressed with. All three of them are legends in real time. This is their generation's Beatles. BTW, you should see the version of this song in the Pepsi Center CDMX show. It's acoustic, it's Dany solo the whole time, and she is on the verge of overwhelming emotion almost the entire time.
I think every single comment has been about that one in particular. Lol. I will have to get to it. The Warning are amazing. Their story to stardom is a great one as well and I'm happy they are seeing the success they are.
Dany was asked how she deals with these emotions she said she journals ... saw a fan recorded live clip the shirt she was wearing said" See your thoughts" sounds like wisdom
This song is from their first album, XXI Century Blood, released in 2017. Dany wrote it in 2015 when she was just 15 years old. There are several versions of them playing this live over the years. The most recent was at the Pepsi Center in 2023 where she plays the entire song alone with an acoustic guitar.. Another great version is from their 2017 TEDx talk when they were 16, 14, and 12 years old. They also performed the song at a storytelling concert in 2018 at Agua Fría, San Pedro Garza García, Mexico, where Dany shared this about the song (translated from Spanish): "With your permission, I'm going to sit down to tell you a little more about this next song. Well, this next song is very, very, very special for me because, to be honest, I struggled a bit more when I first started as a composer. I remember being in Boston-we were studying at Berklee College of Music-and we had a composition class. It was a group class where each of us had to bring a composition. We would analyze it and see what could be improved. We had the task of writing a song. I remember that one day before class, I still had absolutely nothing. I was thinking, 'What am I going to do?' It wasn't because I was lazy or had forgotten the assignment-I just hadn't found inspiration for a song. In that moment of despair, I missed my home and my friends a lot because we had been away for a long time. I also felt like nobody understood that I didn't work the same way as others when it came to composing. That's when this song, When I'm Alone, was born."
Homesickness is a terrible thing to waste, so Dany wrote a song about it. She was up against a deadline for a homework assignment at Berklee, and really missing home. This song came out. The Pepsi Center version is a must-see TV moment.
Dude the Warning Army should be ashamed of themselves with these comments. I saw many of you asking for more Warning on the channel and now you are mad about the version he chose. Shame on all of you.
Lots of people asking for the Pepsi Center version. I have some other Warning stuff already recorded to get out. Me then I will try to get that one uploaded 🤞

In the Pepsi Center concert, she sing this song alone, and talk to the crowd, and make most of them cry.😊
I have to watch that one too.
Clik on captions in english for the talking.😊@@mcflyjp

This is my top 3 version of the song, right behind the other 2 you mention 😄
The acoustic version from Pepsi Center CDMX is amazing and worth a look even if you don't do it for a reaction.
I'll be checking out it for sure! I like the intimate type of settings for a show.
There's a great version of this from the Pepsi centre - just Dany on her own
Great reaction my friend. Music is an outlet wether as a listener or a creator. Hang in there and keep Rockin' my friend. TWA 🤘⚡🤘

Agreed. It's nice to see these women being open to the world too!
😍🤩
I was hoping for the acoustic version at the 2023 Pepsi Center concert. This one is O.K., but not same impact with the whole band playing
@@ricklagasca8196 no one specifically told me to do the acoustic one. I was told to go through this concert. Can only go by what the fans tell me 🫤
Blackholes at the concert is amazing. It plays on repeat.

TW 🤟. The 3 of them went to Berkeley for 1 semester only
It was a summer session for youth. A full semester would be over twice as long.
Yeah the one I heard was all acoustic this was different venue and version.
No backing vocals, no harmonies, just Dany.......
If you do the Pepsi Center version, turn on spanish to english subtitles. Much better.
