Hi Saurbh. Yes you can skip the eggs if you like eggs only give them some extra softness. And it’s better if you left them at room temperature at least for 1 hour then you can put them in Cooler if you put them right away after making the ball then fermentation process will not start.

Hi Millie, This naan dough you can keep in your refrigerator easily 3 days. But keep in mind when ever you have to use keep it out 30 min before or if temperature is too high then 15 min before use. Hi Ali, Price for this oven start from 25k$ to 50k$ depends how big you need the one I am using is the 25k. But before starting that you have to see with city they allow you to burn woods or not. Couple of questions - do you store the yeast in fridge after using and sugar is powder or the crystals .? Tx
yeast we store in the fridge becuase the yeast we use is fresh yeast. For the sugar one i use is crystal but you can use any sugar in the recipe.
